The Grandium Hotel Prague was the perfect place to start our European vacation. It is a beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms and is located close to Wenceslaus Square. Really beautiful hotel. Employees were really kind and always try to help with everything. I was really happy about breakfast too (included welcome drink as mimosa or Prosecco and there was so many choices of food). The rooms were fully equipped. Included hygiene cosmetic, hairdryer, coffee and tea at the room. The rooms were giving me a feeling to be relaxed. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. I will come back for sure next time

Hi, My wife and me, we were in your hôtel from 21st to 26th of may. We want to congratulate you for the quality of your team service, the room and breakfast. Service in the retaurant was extra, particularly Tony and the two young andvery kind ladies (an ukrainian woman ans her blond haired coworker) who took care of us, especially for our 40th anniversary of love. Thank you so much for them. We will never forget our holidays in your hotel and very attractive city. Marie and Christian Ballet.

A welcoming check in at a very clean and well appointed hotel. We struggled to find fault at all. Staff were always pleasant and very helpful, it was clean everywhere and the location was really good for us. We stayed 4 nights and we were never disturbed by noise. It was warm but the air con was adequate. Toiletries, fridge, kettle etc were all fine. We never had to wait for either lift and we were in Wencelas Square in less than 5 minutes. We ate breakfast between 8 and 9.15 each day; although at times appearing busy there was always a clean table and never an empty dish of food. I don't know how anyone can really complain about breakfast (pastries of all kinds, bread, toast, all coffees, mimosas, fresh omlettes and waffles plus the usual hot options, cold cuts and fruit).

Acceptable hotel in Prague, little bit outside of old city, but yet within walking distance to all major tourist attractions. Major clientele - large Americans and Far East tourist groups. Taxi from airport took 30 minutes in late evening after rush hours at price of 900 CZK ( cards accepted ). Hotel has absolutely weirdest planing I have ever experienced. Adding on that excessive amount of mirrors on the walls, there is no suprise you would be lost in the begining. Only large amount of elevators helps smooth transiting across hotel. The room itself is mid-size, bed comfortable, bathroom of standard equipment. No complimentary water. Kitchen was good, breakfast is of reasonable quality. Overall good hotel, would recommend.

Yes, the location of the hotel is in a quiet street, but by passing through the passages you are immediately in the very centre of the city - Wenceslas Square. After 10 minutes on foot, you are in the Old Town Square and from there through the Old Town across the Vltava River on the Charles Bridge to the Lesser Town and Hradcany. Prague may be small compared to other European cities, but that makes it all the better to explore :) Yes, the designer of the hotel used mirrors for some areas and opinions vary :) The water everywhere in Prague is drinkable, certified, so it's up to the guest's decision to choose bottled water or buy bottled water from the minibar. We came here as part of a tour. It is a nice hotel and well located. It has a nice breakfast included from 6:30-10:30. The rooms are rather small but modern and comfortable. It has a bar and a spa associated with it.

Bra hotell, nära centrum och liv, men ändå tysta rum när man väl bestämt sig för att avsluta kvällen och gå och lägga sig. utmärkt service och trevligt bemötande från samtlig personal. Sköna sängar, utmärkt frukost. Det finns allt man kan kräva om man är kräsen på boendet. Personligen så föredrar jag en dusch istället för badkar i badrummet med det är sekundärt. Tack för en trevlig vistelse. Rekommenderas. English translation: "Great hotel, close to the city center and lively areas, yet quiet rooms when you've decided to end the evening and go to bed. Excellent service and pleasant attitude from all the staff. Comfortable beds, excellent breakfast. It has everything one can demand if they are particular about accommodations. Personally, I prefer a shower instead of a bathtub in the bathroom, but that is secondary. Thank you for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended." We were on a tour and stayed at this beautiful hotel. Comfortable rooms, beds, and had an excellent dinner buffet and breakfasts. Also had cocktails in the bar. They had an in-house spa, where we enjoyed an hour couples massage, with an extra hour of sauna and hot tub included. Very reasonable priced. Staff was great....stay here!

The value for money was quite poor. We stayed in a triple and paid over $400 euro I am embarrassed to admit. I expected a much more luxurious hotel. It was fine. The WiFi was mediocre to weak. The curtains were difficult o close and did not fully cover the window which is an issue when the sun rises before 5AM. The plus side was the convenient location and the breakfast buffet was surprisingly good. I would stay here for 100-200 euros per night but no more than that. Go to a real luxury hotel.

This was one of the best hotel experiences. The room was spacious, the location absolutely great, and the breakfast was fantastic which included one of the best cups of coffee I've ever had!!! We ate at the hotel restaurant twice for dinner which was also fantastic. We travelled from Prague to Budapest and everyone in our party agreed this hotel was by far the best!
