Great hotel in a good location. Modern and clean. Rooms a good size and very clean. Breakfast was fantastic lots of choice. Staff very helpful and let us borrow a travel adapter as we had the wrong one. Only down point … the walls of the room must have been thin we were asked to be quiet at around midnight when all we were doing is talking in bed . Would recommend.

Poor service Hotel representatives overcharged us for Unser services, and also for services we should have been informed about. We originally ordered 2 rooms with breakfast included. On the first morning when we arrived to the dining room, the hotel representative confirmed that we are allowed to enter and that we are on the list (payed breakfast list) On the second morning, somehow we were asked to pay, and the hotel said that we are not eligible for a free breakfast claiming we did not order it and payed for it in first place… and we did not want to pay again.( even though we were informed a day before that we did). So we did not enter and went to a local restaurant. On the last day, they allowed one couple to enter the breakfast claiming they are allowed and on the list. When we went to do a checkout, we were asked to pay for all 3 days of breakfast for 4 people even though we were not there on the second day, and no one told us, we have to pay before we entered. This is a case of a hotel that cons his guest, a non honest act. We don’t mind to pay for services when this is legit, but they were insisting we will pay for something we were not informed about and worse, something we did not consume. I will never return to that hotel and will warn all my friends and fellow citizens in ordering a room at this hotel in every local forum and groups. Moreover, the hotel team for the whole period that we were there, were strict, not really welcoming and this is not the kind of service we were expecting for such a place.

This hotel has really great position. It is very close to Main Railway station and also to Wenceslav square, on foot, so you are directly at the centre and dont need to use metro, the main sights are within walking distance. And is for VERY GOOD PRICE now, it was much muuuuuuch expensive. The breakfasts here are really the best! If I can give you advice, because I was here many times in different room types: take the room with the black bathroom (original rooms) - is bigger and has normal door to the bathroom. The rooms in new building are very small and the bathroom, where is also toilet, has only sliding door. Also dont take the rooms where is door to another room, because everything there is very audible. Hope this info will be helpful for you.

Should be a 5 star hotel but it shouldn't. Limited breakfast buffet and restaurant menu. They do not apply covid regulations. People just walk in and out without masks. Even at breakfast they do not put them on. I reminded at 4 occasions staff, but they say they are not the police. They do not even ask those clients to put their mask on. It made us so uneasy. Especialy the answer of the reception: 'so you think the fault is ours?' I said: yes, you are the managment of a five star hotel. Because of the behaviour of the staff we had a very bad feeling of staying there. I will never repeat and never advise this hotel to anyone. If you want to go 5 star, better Hilton,Radisson,Ritz,Melia etc. You know what you get

Good evening, Mr. Dirk N., Thank you for your comment, albeit critical. I would like to strongly object to the accusation that our hotel does not comply with anti-epidemic measures. Outside and inside the hotel, the conditions of stay are marked everywhere = spacing min. 2 m, face mask inside, except for eating food and disinfectants available. All these conditions are observed. In addition, ALL guests are required to prove their infection-free status upon arrival ( i.e. negative test, SARS-COV2 or vaccination), otherwise they could not even be accommodated. All guests arriving for breakfast or to the restaurant must wear a veil or they will not be allowed entry. If they do not have one, the staff will return them to the front desk who will provide one to the guest. Guests can remove their mask at the tables, but if they go to the buffet to get food, they must wear a mask. Guests who do not wear a mask at the buffet and are spotted by staff are asked to put their mask on immediately. As some guests are not fully disciplined, it is possible that they may remove their mask in other parts of the hotel without encountering staff. However, I would like to stress again that all hotel guests must be free of infection. Regarding the staff's response - it is unfortunate that you did not immediately inform the manager so that he could conduct an immediate investigation into the situation and personally apologise to you for the receptionist's actions, if indeed that is how he phrased it. Thank you for your understanding. Sonia Mucica Nedvedova, Resident Manager, Grandium Hotel Prague.

Beautiful hotel situated next to Wenzel's square, near to the main station (hlavný nadrazí) and yet in a quiet street. Staff is very polite and seem to enjoy their tasks. We needed help to get rid of a dubious boat company we booked a trip from, and the lady from the front desk was extraordinary helpful and comforting. Breakfast buffet was fresh and tasty till closing time. You can even start it with a glass of champagne! We will happily be back in 2022!
