Excellent buffet breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. Location is convenient for tram ( number 15 or number 9 ) or 207 bus from outside the hotel into the centre. You can buy your travel tickets from the hotel reception . Very good value options. The hotel is also a currency exchange with competitive rates ( we took Czeck money but in hein sight, it would have been the same rate from the hotel. There are a couple of nice pubs/restaurants near the hotel. We had a good supper at Restaurant Guston, just five mins walk from the hotel. Also, Restaurant Planeta Zizkov ( turn left out of hotel ) is nice for a drink and a meal just two mins from the hotel. The lobby is suitable for waiting in but not really cosy enough for a card game. The hotel ordered a taxi for us to get to the airport for 690 local currency. Our room was quiet and comfortable with a kettle, tea, coffee and fridge.Good hot showers in the en suite and a hairdryer.I recommend this hotel !

Thoroughly pleased with this hotel. The room was spotless, hairdryer was perfect, lots of free toiletries tea and coffee good quality and also a very cheap minibar in the room!! The bed was extremely comfortable especially the pillows, towels were fluffy and white, large balcony which would be lovely in summer. The staff were more than pleasant and very helpful. Breakfast was more than adequate, plenty of pastries doughnuts bread cheese ham as well as eggs beans sausage Czech bacon, cereals breads rolls salad stuff and more I’ve probably forgotten, my favourite was the fruity bread. It’s a 20 minute walk into town but this didn’t bother us we enjoyed the walk. I have rated this 5* as I feel for the money I could not have asked for more. This is no 5* hotel but I personally prefer honest good people, good service, good quality and value for money.

We stayed at the Sierfert Hotel in November for 3 nights. Its a little gem very clean, large rooms, plenty of choice for breakfast. The staff were very nice and helpful. Theres a bus stop across road to take you into the centre of Prague. However we couldn't work out where to catch it back. The tourist information office didn't know either, so we had taxis back. I would definately stay there again.

Stabely, Eva and Diana were our reception staff. They were more than helpful in directing us where to visit and to help us with the transport links. They were always cheerful and chatty. We really enjoyed our stay. Thankyou

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this hotel, the staff where all very friendly and helpful! We where unsure on which bus to catch to the centre they helped us out, the 207 runs every 10/15 mins from down the road, 24 hour passes can be purchased from reception (we only got checked if we had a ticket once and we used the bus several times), the bus goes straight into the centre, we got off opposite the shopping centre and just a 5 minute walk to the main square. The hotel itself was lovely and clean, breakfast was good, bed where very comfy and the rooms where nice and spacious. We arranged for hotel transfer from the airport, which was very easy (cost around £23), on the return journey back to the airport we chose to use public transport as we understood how they ran by the end of the week, it took about an hour and used the remainder of our 24 hour pass, very easy and much cheaper than private hire as the 24 hour pass was around £4! Would definitely recommend this hotel!
