Miss Sophie's is in a great location, tram stop round the corner, very reasonable, lovely rooms, staff really nice/helpful, made us feel really welcome The welcome basket, bottle of champagne, nibbles, and handwritten welcome letter was the icing on the cake, This is one of the nicest places I've stayed in and if i ever have the chance to visit...

The location, the welcome basket, the staff, the room, everything was fantastic. We wish we could have stayed longer. Easy walking distance to everything, beautiful decor, comfortable bed. See you next time!

The room was great, everything you can expect: complimentary food and drinks basket including wine type champagne, room temperature can be individually set... People are very friendly, they serve breakfast and have a bar. You can even leave your luggage there securely on the day you're leaving if you still plan to visit a little the city after the checkout...

Miss Sophie’s is charming in both its atmosphere and aesthetics, feeling much like a lovingly and eccentrically decorated loft. Elevators are available if required. Basic amenities were available (excluding toothpaste/brush) and even includes slippers (big plus for me)! Coffee and tea are replenished on a daily basis (and are of quite high quality). The room is bright, with a king-sized...

The hotel is lovely, the room was lovely, the pictures are accurate. The manager left a gorgeous welcome basket in the room for me. Wenceslas Sq is a nice downhill walk from the hotel, there's easy access to transit, and staff are very helpful. However, my room was beside the front entrance, off the lobby. The place has stone floors...

It was a nice experience staying in this beautiful and cosy hotel. Although the room was a little small it was very convenient and warm. There's a small surprise when you arrive to the room. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Also the staff was extremely helpful. Thank you for your hospitality.

We stayed in Miss Sophie's hotel for 3 nights in December. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. About the room: The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with good heating. The bed was king-sized although the duvets provided were 2 single sized ones, but it was comfortable enough for us. We only had backpacks, but we reckon there...

I go there at least once a week only because great breakfast. You can choose "cold" one or "hot" brunch. Depends do you want eggs, bacon, pancakes etc. There is really everything and many kind of to choose from. Price is lower than anywhere else in Prague, if you think about buffet places. Its 5.5€ or 7.5€. Depends do you...

There were 3 of us and the room we had was big and nice. This is a charming little hotel, with the tram station and metro station with a few minutes walk away. The environment was quiet, hence enabled us to be able to sleep well and peacefully.

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
