Very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It is located in a lovely quiet area but very handy for many of the best sights. The room was wonderfully decorated and comfortable. The spa area was small but well appointed. Staff were very helpful. Aquarius restaurant is worth a visit also.
I stayed at the hotel last December with my 13 year old daughter-we had been backpacking through some European cities. Typical for many Australians, we arrived in non-designer fashion ware, with big backpacks to boot. It did cross our minds that we may not be let in lol. The unique layout of the hotel was immediately appealing to us, but matched in equal parts to the genuine attitude of all the staff. The pool area OMG!!! We are not people that need to be furnished with the expensive things in life, but we loved this hotel. We still often talk about it. We did stay in some quality hotels during our travels, this one being the best for service, warmth and beauty. If some people can't enjoy their stay here then they should probably just stay home in future. I hope that we will get back there one day with the whole family. Cheers, Michael.…
This hotel was beautiful and in such a great location. It's walking distance from the Charles Bridge, which is just one if not the most spectacular site in Prague city. They treat you as though you are an honored guest. The service was exemplary. And you can feel very safe knowing you are just across the street from the US embassy.
A special birthday surprise just before Christmas. This was the perfect romantic retreat after trekking around Prague all day, located just over Charles bridge, near to the Castle. The staff were very welcoming, with complimentary bubbles as we checked in, to delicious cheese and wine every afternoon in the lounge, and an extensive breakfast selection. The whole hotel and rooms are beautifully decorated in traditional style and the finishing touches continued into the rooms with water every day and chocolates on the pillow. Thank you for making this a memorable stay.
This hotel is superb in customer service. There wasn’t a moment when the staff wasn’t available to help and even sought out opportunities to do so. The hotel offers a variety of private tours that they will book for you. (Two of us took the “Prague without crowds” tour and I booked one about WW2/communism.) Breakfast is included, and the buffet was very large and beautifully arranged. Service there is also fantastic and attentive. The building itself dates to the 1500s, but the hotel, while showing classic styles, isn’t in need of any repairs. The rooms are immaculate and large. My room, #301 overlooks the city and is very quiet, even with the windows open. The location is superb, about a two minute walk to cafes, restaurants and shops. It’s immediately next door to a wine cafe and across the way from the American embassy (cars will be searched each time.) I am definitely returning to Prague and will definitely stay here again. Oh and the homemade chocolates are to die for!! …
