A great hotel in the city center. The stuff was very helpful and kind! The rooms were clean, without any noise, despite the fact that the hotel is located in the city center! All the bars, Karluv Most and the castle are within walking distance!
Excellent hotel located wi walking distance to much of Prague! Historical, modern, with most amenities. Loved the courtyard dining and the exquisite decor. Some language barriers for Americans who don’t speak German and other languages.
Fantastic central location with views of the river. Friendly and informative staff who helped us with everything we needed.. Very nice rooms excellent breakfast and dining as well as full service bar. The managers went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. We will definitely return again!
My daughter and I were passing through Prague for 2 nights and stayed here. They greeted us with such a warm hello. Allen was amazing. He carried our luggage to our 3rd floor room and then met with us and went over the highlights of the city. Hotel was very clean, the room was very spacious, quiet, yet in an excellent location.
Our stay at the Mozart was amazing. The location was two to three minutes from the Charles Bridge and central to many of the top sights in Prague and Old Town so it was super convenient. The staff was very nice and helpful. If you are looking for a comfortable stay close to all the sights then this is the place for you. Our room (room 312) had a nice view to the left side of the bridge and two open windows that let in a lot of light. The room was well stocked with necessities and the staff helped us anytime we called down for something. For us we wanted a nice view and a central location and both of those needs were satisfied. Definitely stay at the Mozart and you will be satisfied!
Nice people, great service and perfect kitchen team. Every breakfast was delicious, the bar was open to any kind of drink and the spa offered time to relax after a long day. A place to come back for. Many thanks Christian
The room from the 17th century very well restored and maintained. Especially very quiet because courtyard, and very large. The best thing was the bathtub for two people. The location of the hotel, just a stone's throw from Charles Bridge and looking directly onto the Vltava River, is fantastic. So you are right in the middle of it, but have remarkable quiet at night due to the layout of the hotel with courtyards. Sauna and massage we had also enjoyed, but must be registered in advance. All in all, a beautiful hotel in a historic building, clean, well maintained and the staff very friendly. Breakfast could have been a bit more generous, butter was only available in thimble size and only after asking. With cheese, I saw only one or two varieties. The fruit and vegetable selection was modest, but fresh. The service staff made an effort, but lacked the routine of a well-run hotel.…
Ambiance and location were great and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful (Allan the concierge was a wealth of info and fun to talk with)! Since hotel was a palace, rooms and decor were unique. Our junior sweet was over 800 sq ft.. Definitely add breakfast to you reservation as everything was excellent with a unique twist. If you want a perfect taste of Prague, the Mozart is it !
From start to Finnish our stay at the Mozart in Prague was beautiful, the staff at reception couldn’t do enough for you, either recommending restaurants or organising trips. The hotel itself was In the perfect location overlooking the river, breakfast too was delicious, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
Thank you to the management and the whole hotel team! You are incredible! I will always remember your love with which we were met at the reception. In March, my friend and I came to Prague. We fled Ukraine and all we wanted was a safe place to calm down and think about how to live. The hotel became our home for a few weeks. We loved him with all our hearts. Thank you for making this possible! It is hard to believe that there are people who do so much good in this world. Hotel Mozart is not just luxurious rooms, good service, delicious breakfasts. This is the heart of Prague. A team with great values works here! On March 8, they knocked on our door and handed us a bouquet of tulips with a signed card and the name of each. For some it may be banal, but for us it was a touching moment to tears. We would like to thank the administrator Alexandra. We needed your support so much at that time. You have a big heart. We thank you! Good luck! May the world be generous to you for everything you do!…
