The Mozart Prague is often commended for its exceptional service, though some guests have noted occasional lapses. Its cleanliness, particularly the well-maintained rooms and bathrooms, receives high marks, despite a rare complaint about bed bugs. The spacious rooms offer scenic views but some suggest they could benefit from modernization. The hotel's amenities, including an extensive breakfast and its ideal location close to key Prague sights, are popular among visitors. While the atmosphere is described as charming, opinions on the hotel's value for money are mixed.

If you have a chance to stay at this hotel - please do! It is beautiful, romantic, quiet, warm, welcoming, delicious, special - you will feel like home but very well taken care of. Location is ideal to explore the city or host any event, both business or private. Honestly, it is hard to imagine if there is a better place to stay in Prague. Beds were extremely comfortable, breakfast was the best, sauna is private, bathroom with Rituals products is comfy, cleaning is top, people around are smiling and happy to help, zero noise around. What else?

The Mozart is centrally located to so many of the top sights. Rooms are comfortable and the staff is welcoming and friendly. Our room was well equipped with shower and separate tub, refrigerator, large closet, coffee service, safe, and individual thermostat. The bathroom was spacious - not cramped like many other places. We will be back.

Staying at the Mozart Hotel in Prague was unforgettable!

The hotel's location near Charles Bridge made exploring Prague very easy, and our beautiful room offered stunning views of the Vltava River, Charles Bridge, Prague Castle, and St. Vitus Cathedral (pictures attached).

The amenities were top-notch. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread each morning, which offered a variety of fresh and locally sourced options.

One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional concierge and front desk service. They were always ready to assist with recommendations and reservations, ensuring we made the most of our time in Prague. The staff's genuine care for guests made us feel truly special.

Overall, our stay at the Mozart Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of luxurious accommodations, prime location, and outstanding service made for an unforgettable experience.
We highly recommend the Mozart Hotel to anyone visiting Prague.

Not a true.5 star, value for money low:
Bathroom without shower, only bathtub, there were no shelves to place bathroom accessories, lacked the toothbrush glass and towels were not changed. The room technologically poor, television did not allow you to see useful channels, absent sky and pay TV. The curtains were fine and blackout but mounted far from the wall so the light in the morning entered at dawn. The curtain was missing at the window located between bedroom and bathroom so after showering you had to dress in the bathroom so as not to pass in front of the window and the other rooms located opposite. The wooden parquet unfortunately very lined and neglected, both in the bedroom and in the breakfast area. The furnishings of the room were fine, but the mini bar was a dated kitchen refrigerator, spotty and completely disconnected from the rest of the furniture.
The renovated common parts, wide spaces. The furnishings in the breakfast room and courtyard were not as fine as you might expect in a 5-star hotel located in a historic building. The guys of the reception very kind, the breakfast buffet plentiful but insufficient breakfast service for a 5 star: the cafeteria provided with multifunction machine and waiters not in uniform.
The positive aspects are due to the size of the spaces and the strategic position of the source at the Charles IV bridge.

The service and hospitality was excellent. The food was delicious, we ate dinner and breakfast and everything everyone ordered was correct, affordable and perfectly cooked. The rooms were all a little different but equal in comfort and spaciousness. The drinks in the mini fridge were all complimentary and we got everything we asked for arranged without hesitation and with the utmost professionalism. This trip was worth every penny. We had four rooms and were in Prague for a bachelorette party, they accommodated us so well! The massages were in the cutest room, the masseuse was a little strong but it was still healing.

We stayed at the Mozart Prague June 26-28. While I have never left a review (good or bad) I felt the need to warn people. We booked the family suite and my wife and I were in room 524. I have never gotten bed bugs while staying in a hotel and I am in a hotel almost weekly. Upon leaving the hotel I noticed small bumps on my neck and arms and within 48 hours I was covered in bed bug bites. It has been almost a month and they are now gone. We dry cleaned all our clothes when arriving at the next hotel which was quite costly, fortunately the bed bugs did not follow. You wouldn’t be reading this review if the hotel addressed the issue but they didn’t even respond to my notification or seem to care. Please be aware this hotel has a bed bug issue. It is a shame as the hotel is beautiful and in a great location. A few other minor issues with shower draining and ac leaking but that is to expect when booking a hotel Mozart stayed in. We would have stayed there again but will never due to the bed bug issue.

Dear valued guest, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We deeply regret to hear about the inconvenience you encountered during your stay. Please allow us to clarify that we take such concerns very seriously. Upon receiving your feedback, we conducted a thorough inspection of room 524 and found no evidence of bed bugs. We have not received any other complaints regarding this issue. It is possible that the bites you experienced were from insects that entered through the open windows, as summer does bring an increase in insect activity outside. We apologize for any distress this caused and for any perceived lack of responsiveness on our part. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we will continue to monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and pest control in all our rooms. We appreciate your positive comments about our hotel's beauty and location, and we hope you will consider giving us another chance in the future. Best regards, Daniela Ruzickova, Guest Relations Manager

It was okay but this is not 5 star.

Breakfast got our orders messed up on different days with different servers. The quiche does not taste fresh daily—maybe over a day old. Daily smoothie is half a glass. No water for the table provided.

When I requested decaffeinated tea from the front reception they said they don’t have immediately after asking. Though I drank some that morning at breakfast. The least someone could have done is take the time to check the kitchen.

The shower glass leaked constantly. We were very careful but water was always everywhere. Was a more traditional bath style with the small piece of glass along a bathtub, versus an upgraded shower.

I asked for down feather pillows but they didn’t have. Only the cotton ones. Which was fine but 5 star would usually have the options available.

I was charged more for my upgrade. After going back twice to reception and showing proof in writing it should have been less, I wanted the manager to help. Within less than 3min I was honored the price I received in writing.

Though small inconveniences, the reception/front desk should improve a bit. It doesn’t feel five star. The pillows and tea could have been provided and maybe the shower in the room could have had the glass resealed so it didn’t leak. Otherwise great location and not loud surprisingly, the sauna was nice to have access too as well. The facilities are beautiful, I just wish the staffing also felt 5 star.

I’d stay again if improvements are made

An exceptional hotel in every way. Our room was actually a suite which was so comfortable in every aspect, felt very at home spending time in it. A very extensive breakfast menu set up the day beautifully Location was perfect for exploring Prague on foot. Each member of staff was warm, professional and took time for a little chat. Felt so at home for our 4 day stay. Honestly the Mozart cannot be recommended highly enough. Thank you for a wonderful stay

I have recently spent six nights at The Mozart Prague. This hotel offers every experience you could possibly want and has been beautifully restored to match with its long history. Location is great (a minute's walk to the Charles Bridge and from there you can go through to more of the old town), staff are very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The rooms are great, and some provide a great view of the Charles Bridge - morning and nightI! Food and drinks are available and equally first class including the outdoor garden area, the restaurant or the cafe.

The hotel offers an excellent concierge service, where the concierge has time to speak with you and recommend/guide you on any tours you may wish to undertake. The travel guide from the hotel Vaclav is excellent!

Thank you to Dorine, Alan, Abdel and all the staff for making my
I would highly recommend this hotel

It was the worst hotel I ever stayed in Europe. I arrived early, leaved my luggage, and politely asked the short female employee if she could throw away the water bottle, but she was very displeased. Anyway, My room was next to the staff's office, so I woke up early in the morning because the noise of the staffs was so loud, and I had an allergy that I didn't have because there was a lot of dust in the room. The staffs were walking around the terrace outside the window, so I couldn't even open the window. I asked for a new bed blanket, but It just organized. On the second morning, I really wanted to sleep late, but I woke up early in the morning because the housekeeping staff brought a shower gown that I didn't even ask for, and she ran away without any notice or apology. I talked to a lobby female employee who threw away the water bottle because I felt unpleasant, but she only said she would tell housekeeping. During I stay here, there were many unpleasant and uncomfortable parts. But, I didn't get any apology from anyone. Most of the people in Prague were kind, but I wonder the reason why the five-star hotel‘s staffs are so rude. I NEVER recommend this hotel.

This is a great hotel and the staff are wonderful. If possible get the balcony room on the front of the building 2nd floor for great fresh air. Last there in October and it was very warm weather and the hotel was fine.
