2 twin bed room was lovely but so small that it was hard not to trip over our luggage. THAT SAID, the beds were really comfortable. It's located in old town and we could hear the late nighters whooping it up late at night, but given the location, one would expect some noise. The bathroom was small too, but shower...

The hotel is well located, but I recommend you to choose another one. I was robbed in Prague city the second night of my stay. I had already paid two nights. The next morning I went back to the hotel. I was shocked and asked if I could stay one more night as I missed my train. after 1 hour...

The hotel was centrally located in the heart of prague close to all attrations. Alot of restaurants and bars nearby. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious but there was no elevator. Would love to stay here again!

....... but we expected at least a small wardrobe or chest of drawers!! Although this was a good location for walking around the main sights of the Old Town and other areas, the room was tiny, grubby and incredibly noisy at night (clubs nearby). Although the staff were helpful, they could only explain the foul smell in the breakfast area...

Had to share bathroom but did not mind it was always clean, towels changed daily, room was small but comfortable, beds very comfy!

We had a wonderful time at Prague and that's mostly because the hotel has the perfect location, so we were able to walk everywhere in the old city and explore all the magical little streets within. We loved the beautifully furnished suit. The personal was very friendly and helpful during our stay. We will definitely come back to Prague and...

Excellent location..... Narrow stairs up to the rooms and unlikely to get help with bags. Clerk is friendly but not a reception clerk that has much info or provides any extra help. This is a value hotel for location.... Clean... Good for guests who know what and where they want to go and do in prague or are independant. I...

Golden Age Prague is a fantastic value right in the middle of the old city. We had a great time as the hotel is centrally located which was great as we could easily head back for our 2 1/2 year old nap time. We had a room facing the street which yes, it can be noisy as there is a...

We were very pleasantly surprised when my husband and two adult children walked into our exceptionally priced room on the third floor. The room was huge with self contained kitchen, large bathroom and two bedrooms. The furniture was heavy oak and had lots of charm. It was hot when we were there and I was concerned about comments re no...

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
