We had a very average room - looked rather like in the dormitory. The bathroom was excellent, on the contrary, obviously very new (reconstructed) and in natural colours. Breakfast was at better standard level, good-quality coffee.

Hotel is very nice and quite. Rooms are big enough, also to travel with family. Personal is friendly and food is good. Price is fair for value. Hotel is more suitable for Business trip as there are no childrens attractions. Location is close to metro (300m), so then close to whole Prague.

Best hotel in Prague, amazing place with lot of space in the rooms, comfortable beds, clean and really nice rooms, nice and helpful staff, delicious breakfasts! It's few stops from main train station by metro, it's reallyt not expensive for that good quality! I recommend to all!

The hotel is modern with nice equipment. Our room was small with comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean. Hotel staff was friendly (receptionist). The hotel is closed to subway and closed to O2 arena (5 minuts by walk). Night bar in lobby was opened /good prices of alcohol and chips...). Wi-fi connection OK. Breakfast : big choice of food: coffee, tea, juices, cacao, sparkling water, smashed eggs, sausages, salami, cheese, fresh vegetables and fruits, butter, marmelade, yogurt, croissants, bread, toasts, rolls...

Very nice hotel with friendly staff!! Nice location (approx. 300 m to the metro station). Breakfast could be better. It’s possible to leave your car on the hotel’s park place after the check out - no need to find a place in the city.

Stayed here on a trip with Friends for 3 days, 2 nights. The hotel was generally, but some information missed during our check-in (f.e. how to use elevator?) Receptionist was able to see that everybody of our group go upstairs without using their elevator! Of course, we didn't know that elevator needs your room-card! :-( :-) Room was very comfortable for 2 persons and the breakfast was perfect to start our program in Prague!

If you have a convention in the nearby Congress Hotel and are looking for a more cost-conscious opportunity, look no further than this hotel. Within a 5-min walking distance (uphill) to the subway and the congress hotel, this establishment has everything you need for a comfortable stay at a fraction of the price of nearby hotels. Breakfast has many options and is included. Rooms are big and internet was steady and functional. Everything was new in the room I stayed at, apparently recently renovated (the hotel has a 2-star area and a 3-star area, the one I am referring to in this review). Silent area, near a park and some restaurants and stores. Would recommend for people staying outside the center of Prague.

This was my first trip to Prague and I was mainly there for a tennis tournament at the O2 Arena - which is why this hotel was ideal for my trip. It was not too expensive, but not super cheap either. The room we stayed in (on the 2nd floor) was definitely clean, and the bathroom was clean too. It's been renovated not too long ago, so everything was fine. There is a safe and a fridge in the room and a hairdryer in the bathroom (but it didn't work in our room). Also, a TV with 0 English language channels. This is the sum total of the amenities. No iron, no kettle, no coffee maker, no mini bar, no complimentary water. Some of these things are the bare minimum standard at even dodgy 2-star hotels. The breakfast is ok, there's enough variety to get the job done and the quality is fine too. No one to meet and greet you, or check your booking, but maybe that's to be expected (read on to see what I mean). The biggest issue is the service. Most times in the day, especially any time after 6pm for sure, there was only ONE person at the reception. This person is also the bartender - so if there is a queue of 5 people at the reception, looking to check-in, looking for answers to questions, looking for a new key etc, and you want to buy a bottle of water, or a cup of tea, or a pint of beer, you have to wait for as long as it takes this one person to deal with the queue, which they always did VERY slowly. I have stood in the bar queue two nights in a row for 30 minutes each time, only to get some water and tea. And because there are no shops next door, you really have no choice. On the flip side, if you are at the reception and they are serving at the bar, then you stand for ever while they pour one pint after another in the slowest manner possible. Worst thing is, that when they finally get to you, there's no smile, no apology, no 'sorry for the inconvenience', absolutely no customer service. It's a terribly deameaning experience. I would entirely blame the management for putting one person in charge of everything, but the blame for the terrible behaviour and lack of any courtesy is the fault of the staff. So I have little sympathy for the fact that the management won't provide them with relief. Anyhow, if it wasn't for the O2 arena being 10 minutes away, this would have been the worst decision I ever made. The distance was the only saving grace, along with the fact that the Metro station to take you into town is 5 minutes away. But I will never be returning to this hotel for sure, even if I have to be at the O2 again.
