The hotel is situated in the suburbs of Prague, but above all in a strategic position close to the O2 Arena (about 700 m). It’s also very close to the metro station and a big shopping mall. Fairly kind staff, but where only the owner speaks fluent english. But my opinion is totally negative for the following reasons. “It doesn’t matter if we asked another blanket”, but the owner told us that only one blanket for room was available. Moreover, we passed over that one day we asked the favour of cleaning the room by the morning or lunch time, but it wasn’t possible because the staff usually prepare first rooms for new guest, and after the other ones. But the last straw was that the owner considered as a damage the fact that the dirty towels of normal hair colour. We had to pay as a penalty an amount of 27,5 € for three towels, because the owner said that they couldn’t be washed and so they couldn’t be used anymore! I travel a lot in different hotels throughout Europe, but in my whole life it’s the first time that a similar problem happens. I’d like to highlight that the accommodation rules didn’t consider that. So, what is absurd, the last journey day I couldn’t have a shower! By the way, I took the towels and when I came back home, I washed them simply using bleach and they returned snow white! See the attached photos (before and after the washing)

Yesterday we visited this hotel and stayed there for one night. At the morning we find out that we are bitten by a bed bugs! A lot of terrible stings was at all our bodies. Then we found these beetles in the mattress.

The hotel is a small walk from the main road and a 7-8 minutes walk from the Clarion Congress Hotel and Metro station. The main reason to stay here is to save money which you can definitely save. Don't get confused with the stars in the review! This is a simple guest house like accommodation, clean and well maintained. Located in a quiet area of the city at Prague-9 and has the facility of a basic breakfast buffet. Bathroom was clean with limited toiletries. Room was not cleaned after I checked in (I stayed for 2 nights here!) Don't expect lot of things here. I liked: 1. The cost 2. Cleanliness 3. Proximity to Metro What could be better? 1. The rooms are non-AC (but had a fan) 2. There is no lift (elevator) in the property so difficult for older people and those with heavy luggage 3. No view from the rooms. 4. Free Wi fi did not work in the rooms. 4. Limited option for food.

We'd come to see the city for a couple of days and got a very cheap price per night (22$/night). The hotel is located a few minutes from the metro station by foot and 5 minutes far from the city by train. We've had a tiny room without any cupboards to place our clothes and couldn't close and lock the bathroom door. Our room has been clean, tidy and silent. The breakfast offer was less but tasty. This hotel is not made for a long stay but has a good price-performance, if you'd stay in Prague to visit the town.
