Used the Hotel transportation from Prague airport which is about 25-30 mins from Old Town Square which is literally 2 min walk from the hotels front door to Old Town Square and the Astronomical Clock. It cost 1050,00 czech koruna each way for the two of us and our luggage. It may have been expensive but worth it for us. The driver was waiting at arrivals with our name on a sign and helped with out luggage to the very nice car just outside. The weather was cool and overcast but the hotel lobby was warm and inviting and small. It has cosy sofas and coffee tables with tourist info and a table of desserts and a coffee machine for guests to use any time . The coffee table has a dish of small snacks also. Our check in was quick and we were directed to their glass elevator up to our room. The room was huge. Our view was of the Lady of Tyn church . Very high ceilings and a large bathroom. Everything was very clean . The hair dryer is in a drawer in the bathroom and is somehow attached to the drawer. There were robes and slippers in the closet along with a safe. The tv comes on to the english news channel and there is a kettle in the bookcase . Small mini bar also in the room. Housekeeping was very obliging when I asked for another blanket as I found the room a little chill at night, Breakfast was a pleasant surprise . We expected a small continental breakfast of coffee and maybe some cold cuts. The breaksfast room is on 1st floor and light and airy with tables dressed in white cloths and napkins with windows looking out to the church next door. Breakfast provided is buffet style with juices, cereals, fruits, cooked sausages , bacon, and egg. Different breads and buns. Toaster also . Tea and coffee is brought to your table by the friendly staff. The location is great. 10 mins walk from the Charles Bridge, 2 mins to the Astronomical Clock and the food market in Old Town Square. Old Town Square has many restaurants and two Starbucks . Local food vendors has stalls also set up in the square for beer and food. We enjoyed our stay at the Ventana and would stay there again.…
Stayed for 3 nights in this fantastically located hotel. Steps away from the main square but with no noise pollution. Through the hotel, everything was spotlessly clean and the staff helpful and attentive. Room was plenty big enough with a lovely large bathroom, robes and slippers included. Breakfast was great with plenty of hot and cold options.
Lovely hotel with a good price for central Prague , rooms were big , breakfast was good … fantastic location , I wouldn’t hesitate to come back…. Staff were friendly …. Forever in my memories of a special time
This hotel was idea for us and we have no complaints at all. Staff very helpful, location excellent. Breakfast did the job, shame the bar was not open. Concierge most helpful. We had a room looking at famous clock & you should ask for the same.
Beautiful room, incredible breakfast, very, Helpful Concierge, location was middle of the city off a quiet street. The bed had three pillows each person, just like Goldilocks, Big, medium, and little. Different softness. Taxi had a little difficulty finding it, but well worth the trouble. I think the hotel paid for our car back to the airport because the service we used was unavailable and after we asked the concierge for help, he said all fixed. And it was a much nicer car. An oasis.
The location is in the heart of Old Town. Amazing Breakfast, large sunny rooms. The staff is super helpful. The room has a teapot and coffee pot. House keeping is immaculate. Everything was amazingly perfect.
Prague is pretty easy to get lost in, but if you stay here, you'll never get lost because it is right next to the Cathedral in the heart of town, thirty seconds away from the old town square. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, with large windows and capacious closets. Staff is very helpful, and the breakfast is excellent.
5 days in prague was the best. The hotel is in the middle of everything. 1 min from astronomic clock and tin tower. The staf are great . 10 points for this hotel Breafast is normal I will sure visut again
The atmosphere, room, service and amenities at the Ventana are first-rate. I spent 8 nights in a 3rd floor loft room, which felt more like having a private studio suite in the heart of one of Europe's most charming cities. Very high marks for the fine breakfast buffet that starts each morning. The staff was uniformly kind and welcoming and made my week-plus stay a constant pleasure. Proximately to the city's most famed landmarks is ideal. The heart of old town Prague is mere steps away. I heartily, highly recommend the Ventana.
Hotel itself is ok but Voja really changed my stay! He was really helpful and guide me different spot on the map! Overall a very amazing experience with the service! Personally service is everything, other than that can be forgotten! I would definitely like newer modern stay but this place is ok!
