A fabulous hotel, so clean, a fresh smell hits you as soon as you walk in and cleanliness throughout is second to none. Rooms very quiet even though hotel is on a busy road. Reception staff incredibly helpful with anything you ask. Always smiling. Breakfast was beautiful. This was our first time visiting Prague so we were unsure what to expect. We’ve completely fallen in love with the place and can’t wait to come back. Would stay here again for sure!! 10/10 for everything here!!

My husband and I spent six days in this hotel. Although we arrived very early, we were pleasantly surprised to be given the room already clean and ready. It was a comfortable room with double windows so it was quiet. The clerk was helpful, when we asked for another pillow, it was brought immediately . In addition his English was perfect. Breakfast included everything we could expect in a 3 star hotel: cheese, cold meat, eggs, fruit, cereal, coffee, tea, milk, cakes, pastries, bread, and more. The location is perfect to explore the city, next to the Old City, metro station, really good!

I arrived for spontanic trip to Prague with my wife and 10 years old daughter. I booked on booking.com and paied whole amount. After arrival to hotel men from reception Jaromi H. asked me for document. I showed him my ID card with photo, than she asked for ID my wife and daughter. They forgot to take any ID with photo. I showed him health card (wife and daughter) and credit card of my wife. He insulted us that we are illegal imigrants and refugees and he will call to the police. I have never met in my life with such a unprofessional behawior in any hotel in the World. I m going to take the case to court against Alton Hotel and Mr. Jaromir H . Of course they will not return us money back. Far away from this scammers.!!!!
