Friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast included. Clean, spacious and quiet rooms. Good connection to center.Promoted swimming pool and sauna were under construction. Could use some extra service like postal delivery, fridge/minibar in the room. Still very good value for money overall. Would come back.

Great little hotel, rooms are basic, but clean, breakfast was fresh every day and very enjoyable. Yes, location could be better, but you pay a lot less money than central hotels , making this well worth it. Tram stop about 6 mins walk away, with a good choice of different trams, many with easy access into old town, museum, Charles... More

I had a great time here, clean rooms, very good breakfast and engaging and helpful staff! Good price, close (25min walk or less depending on your speed) to old town centre as well public transport. A number of restaurants within easy walking distance and I felt quite safe.

My husband and I have stayed at SIS Gallery Hotel last week and it was very pleasant. Although it isn't the best location (out of the centre), the public transport in Prague is really efficient and cheap, so it wasn't a problem at all. We stayed on the 4th floor and our room was clearly recently refurbished, really comfy and... More

Nice and charming 3 star hotel, easily reachable by public transport. The rooms were clean and comfy, as well as the bathroom which had a big shower :) I can only recommend this hotel for a stay in Prague. As we did not take the breakfast so i cannot judge it. The only negative point is that our room was... More

We were moved here last minute by our original hotel, and thankfully so. Great location for a tram directly to the centre of the city. Reception is lovely with a bar available and the receptionists and manager were extremely receptive and friendly. Room was fine, good strong shower and spacious bedroom. Wifi was consistent, although made you sign in every... More

My partner and I were sent to this hotel because the original hotel I had booked double booked. Its a little bit of a distance away from the city but the tram line is right at the door and it's very quick to get around on that. The staff where just lovely, helpful and overall a pleasure to deal with.... More

Booked as very reasonably priced for a few nights whilst in the city for a friends wedding. Good Points: 1. Friendly and welcoming staff. Knowledgable and helpful with getting us around and organising airport transfers etc. 24 hour reception so always on hand. 2. Clean and tidied room each day. 3. Broad and varied breakfast. 4. Close to tram which... More
