Terrific apartments right in the main square. Really large, has laundry and great views. includes AC. Has special windows, if you decide to leave closed (we did) you do not hear the square. We were group of family and friends, 13 of us in total, and loved the apartments. Everything is walking distance. I would stay here again, would not consider a different location. Also Helena was really helpful with information and dinner recommendations/reservations. Book it, you will be happy.
So nice and new whit modern desing in centre of Prague. It was so nice. Celan whit the best atmosphere. It has kitchen and other places you share whit other guests. But it clean and looks new. I would recomend.
The room was very nice! Very good for the family. The view was amazing, as well the restaurant downstairs was very convenient for the kids! The whole family loved it! Thank you! Ps. The shared kitchen area was also great if you have to take a work call.
An extraordinary special experience. Stay in the most central and beautiful location that gives an exciting sense of belonging to the history of the wonderful city. The unit we got was huge on every scale, foyer, 2 huge rooms, seating finch and dining area. Very high ceiling with stunning chandelier chandeliers. Very spacious toilets. And everything is equipped clean and authentic. Adjacent there is a fully equipped and perfect kitchen, as well as an impressive dining room. The view of the Old Town Square and the astronomical clock is stunning. The room is completely isolated from noise, and the hustle and bustle of the square and the clock is not noticeable. Moving to a room through the restaurant is not a problem, and the company in the restaurant were very friendly and nice. The need to check in at the nearby hotel is simple and easy, and the hotel staff is available to help and very professional and nice. In short - highly recommended.…
After a stressful day in Kutna Hora, it was nice to attend the evening Easter Festival in the Old Town Square. It was packed with decorations, vendors, food courts and performers. As I understand, Easter or Spring Celebration is big in this part of Europe, although I noted it was primarily secular. I found the performances interesting, primarily because I couldn't understand the Czech and had to imagine what they were saying/singing. Even tried my hand at some Czech dancing in the 38 degree weather.
Old Town Square is a beautiful square lined with churches, public buildings, restaurants, shops, towers and the astronomical clock. It is the bustling city place to see and be seen. This is Prague's action central. There are tiny alleys off the main square with hidden treasures such as small bars and restaurants. Do it by day and then return by night for the evening scenery.
Stopped off for a Prague beer & goulash in bread, it was fab fab fab! The location was perfect in the square of the astronomical clock with a great atmosphere. This looked a great hotel although we have the luxury of staying here. Definitely recommend
We enjoyed wandering the Old Town Square and viewing the wonderful architecture. Take the time to really see it all. The Prague Astronomical Clock draws a crowd every hour....enjoy standing on the square or getting a table at one of the cafes. Easy walking distance beyond the square to the Charles Bridge. Lovely but lined with artists and such......but no one was aggressive. Watch for the bees that were out......one flew up my sleeve but did not sting.
When you arrive at the hotel you have to enter through a bar and restaurant and ring to get access to the hotel. There is no lift, so be aware if you have heavy suitcases. David on reception was very helpful and friendly. We checked into a very large room which was nice and clean, but our first night was very disturbed as there was a lot of noise from the street outside and also a bright light which was on all night. We asked if we could be moved and the lady on reception told us the noise was just the bin men, we are not stupid, there is a digger in the street and clearly a lot for work going on, hence the bright lights too. Anyway, she moved us to the front of the hotel, another very large room, which was clean and pleasant. The shower head only reached shoulder height and there was no way of moving it any higher so this was a bit difficult when taking a shower. We had a drink of tea in the room, and the teabags weren't refilled. The breakfast is ok, just a basic continental which is served in your room by a very friendly lady. All in all, the location is great, right on the square, but the hotel does not feel like 5 star, and there is just something that I can't quite put my finger on that makes me hesitant to give it a higher mark.…
We stayed here for 5 days in a hotel on the square over looking the famous clock. Our window faced the clock and the square. I was great to be able to see and walk around the square, we tried many of the restaurants, shopping and just people gazing. Put it on your bucket list.
