Stayed 3 nights. You are right on the town square and you can access all parts of the city easily. Our room was huge and overlooked the square. It was very comfortable and had AC. They supply breakfast but due to a lack of room they deliver to your room or to a small courtyard inside the hotel which is... More

This place is amazing! People playing pianos, violins, standstill figures. A place where you can heard so many languages at the same time while taking a look at the astronomical clock!!! Definitely this is place not to be missed while in Prague.

We love to see the street entertainment in each square when we visit a new town. There was music and even people making a ton a bubbles that our small children enjoyed. Kept the kids occupied while we got to see the astronomical clock. Only downfall was the front of the church was blocked.

We loved absolutely everything about the hotel, our suite with the balcony was huge and worth every single penny! Sitting in the evenings watching the world go by made our trip. The staff are amazing, they really can't do enough for you, the breakfast is delish and such luxury in the comfort of your room. The location was perfect, the... More

Located on the Old Town Square, this hotel is right in the middle of the most vibrant part of Old Prague, and from our hotel room we were able to watch it all unfold. The house was built in the 18th Century so the rooms are very spacious and historic, while the furnishings and bathrooms are very modern, and everything... More

Old Town Square hotel is located in the heart of Old Town. Our room was very large with a view onto the square. We couldn't have asked for a better location. Since the hotel itself is old, there is no elevator. There is also no exercise room. However, you can use their sister property just a 5 minute walk away.... More

Mixed feelings about this hotel. The location to everything is wonderful but be warned there is no motor-vehicles allowed in the Square, so once dropped off (or picked up) on the outskirts of the Square you have to make your own way (with your luggage) through crowds, over cobblestones to the hotel, then go through a restaurant, buzz in to... The town square in Prague is truly spectacular. The architecture is amazing and there is so much to see! Lots of museums, food stalls and cafes add atmosphere to what is an incredible area in Prague. The astronomical clock attracts many people to the square and they wait in anticipation for the stunning clock to chime on the hour. A... More

This was my umpteenth visit to Prague but the first for my older sister and her husband so I decided to try a more centrally located hotel for them, and also reserved two junior suites facing the Square. After four nights there, I am truly baffled as to why the hotel is not ranked higher up in the list of... More

Love it : Amazing, magnificent so authentik, not enough words to describe it You are like in a fairy tale. But beware you will be easily lost in this mix of medieval and gothic district. And booth of roasted pork, with the local honey or dark beer plus typicall pastry with cream is a must ...

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
