We stayed four nights in the first floor New York apartment, which was extremely spacious (bedroom, sitting room with double fold-out sofa bed, two bathrooms and well-equipped kitchen). It was extremely centrally located. The staff spoke excellent English and were on hand to answer any...More
Very nice, comfortable apartment-style life in the middle of Old Prague. Large, multi-room flat, with private rooftop terrace overlooking Stare Mesto. Literally just a few blocks from the town square, St. Charles Bridge, etc. Step out into medieval cobblestoned streets.
Full kitchen, separate living room,...More
We reserved a regular room with a rollaway bed for my daughter but when we arrived, they were full and so upgraded us to a two room suite with two bathrooms and a kitchenette! We loved the Retezova. It's charming and elegant, all modern bathrooms...More
We booked the hotel by telephone. They speak perfect English and were very helpfully. Although we arrived in a small street, the hotel was easy to find. The room (Berlin apartment) was clean, basic but we had everything we needed. The room was near the...More

One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the
modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.

I recommend just dropping them a line via email. They will respond and they are very helpful. My guess is they will help you carry your bags if you ask. I think they give a voucher for a discount at the cafe next to the hotel. The cafe opens around 0800 I think. They have only a small menu, If you decide to go looking just keep in mind most places are not open until 0900. If you have a kitchen I recommend buying some things at one of the local open markets or deli type shops and eat in your kitchen.
You will really like this place.
If you are an early riser get out and view the Charles Bridge before the crowds. At the other end of the bridge continue up the street and turn left on one of the first streets. There is a great little bagel shop there and they have a wonderful breakfast. It is a small place but it is really good.
