From the moment we entered the hotel there was a nice smell, friendly staff, and they really took care of your check in and the advice for nice places to visit in Prague. A nice lady showed us the facilities of the library suite where we stayed 4 days. Meantime our bags were delivered and there was nice library room full with interesting books in different languages. Also perfect to have the mini bar correctly filled every day. When leaving or entering the lobby everybody was very helpfull and nice, especially Josef, the concierge. He really knew a lot about Prague and gave us tips for good restaurants and special places to visit. The room in the library suite was hidden behind the library, which was cool, so was the bath! All facilities were there to have a perfect city trip but still feel at home. I like some luxury, and this was a hit for me. Had the pleasure of a long weekend away in this great hotel. The location is excellent, being right by so many popular tourist spots or easy access to the Metro station. On arrival, we had the warmest of welcomes from Josef and the team with some complimentary bubbles. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they were always on hand for advice about the best places to go. It was a real home away from home. The hotel itself has a quality feel to it, everything is spotlessly clean and it has a very friendly vibe to it. I would thoroughly recommend and will be back again soon. Thanks again to the team for a fantastic break!

Great stay!!!!! Stayed there for three nights. Loved the hotel! Very nice room. Josef was absolutely the best thing of our stay. Made it feel like home and gave us the best tips. Absolutely recommend it!!!!

We are often in Prague and have already visited many hotels. We liked this hotel very much. The staff is very attentive, the breakfast is fresh and rich. The rooms are very quiet and facing the courtyard. The location is also excellent. If you are planning a city vacation and prefer a very good hotel, you will be very satisfied. Only the size of the rooms could be larger. However, this was not a problem for us.

The location and service are the exceptional highlights here. Though our entire experience was great. Location is a 2 minute walk from Old Town Square at the heart of Prague. Also a close walk to the St. Charles bridge. Service was MUCH better than an average hotel. The staff helped us arrange a taxi to the air port when our shuttle didn’t arrive. The concierge was wonderful and helped us plan two days of sight seeing and had recommendations for the restaurants with the best views. The room itself was comfortable and modern. We did the breakfast buffet one morning. Also wonderful. Definitely try the pancake.

We couldn’t have picked a better Hotel. The service from the staff was next to nothing and our room was gorgeous. We had a lovely little balcony looking over our street and the view was good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague.

My girlfriend and I spent 4 nights, we had a great time, the room was lovely and the staff couldn’t do enough for us! Our roof was on the 5th floor and had a set of doors which opened to a tiny balcony (perfect for a girlfriend to tak instagram pics lol)

Amazing hotel right bang in the centre of Prague old town. Walking distance to all tourist locations. Staff were so helpful and friendly and breakfast was perfect. Rooftop jacuzzi and spa was a lovely treat, would highly recommend hotel to anyone going to Prague for a city break! 5*
