I was used to stay in Innside hotel many times and it was always nice, but after COVID many things changed and I was quite disappointed. Frigo bar was completely empty, when it was usually full for free. No any mineral water bottle available in the room, as common in any hotel worldwide. Wardrobe with No hanger, how is it possible to hang up a shirt ? I should ask it to the reception. I don’t think I’ll be back.

We stayed here for almost a week when relocating from Seattle. The staff was proficient in English which my wife appreciated but they are local so Czech is no problem. The rooms were excellent as we had a suite and a room since our family is large. The suite was large with 2 rooms and a table so we could order in. Plenty of food options and things to do close by. It was a quieter street but 2-3 blocks in any direction but us into the middle of the action. Breakfast downstairs was fantastic. We paid extra for the daily breakfast. Parking in the elevator garage was initially terrifying as its very narrow and people will park to the point where leaving the garage is difficult. The hotel itself is interesting with a mixture of old and new designs. A couple things - the couches in the suites are not very comfortable (they may be fold outs). We got stuck in the elevator to the garage once which was terrifying but the staff helped us out right away. Given the price, location, staff, and cleanliness this hotel is outstanding.

I actually stayed here last year September for my birthday from the start staff were friendly and welcoming instantly made me feel at home. I woke up on my birthday to a card from the staff , cake and champagne I’ve never felt more safe and welcome in a hotel than here, rooms were spotless drinks and food were absolutely amazing! made me fall for Prague more than I already had. The staff were amazing always having smiles on their faces even in difficult situations which I admired greatly I would recommend everyone to stay here with only 15 minutes walk from old town square this is one of the best hotels I had been to and will continue booking with. Děkuji 🇨🇿💓
