Just returned from a four night stay in the wonderful Innside by Melia Hotel in Prague's Old Town. Cannot fault this Hotel in any way whatsoever. Location is superb, near the Square in the old town. We had the premium extra space room which was absolutely fantastic. Huge room, excellent bathroom and so quiet at night, it was wonderful. Courtesy mini bar, comfy bed, spotlessly clean room and complimentary drinks on the evening of our arrival. Staff were young and very, very helpful. Probably the coolest and most comfortable hotel stay we have had in many years. Breakfast was also excellent with a huge choice to suit all tastes. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for a trip to Prague!
The hotel is in a good location, only a short walk from the Old Town Square and Charles Bridge, about 10-mins on foot from the bus station and about 15 minutes away from the train station. The hotel is very stylish and the rooms have a unique design. However, it felt that they lacked space to move around. Our room had a lot of storage space, but very little room to move and put our luggage.
This was a pretty amazing place to stay on our first visit to Prague. The hotel is well located, rooms spacious and breakfast pretty good. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is located pretty centrally to all the main attractions and important sites and also to lots of great places to eat. Well recomended to others and would definatly visit the hotel again if visiting Prague.
Stayed with my daughter for 5 nights for her 16th birthday. Where do i start? The staff are exceptional. The went far and beyond in helping my daughter have an amazing birthday. They helped me arrange a surprise cake and balloons to the room. She was also surprised by a cupcake and candle for breakfast by the manager. They helped us find an amazing spa … felt really loved in every way. Room was new , clean, spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was generous and I loved the specials that where put on a tray daily. Location is great. Last but not least the smell in the lobby is o captivating and soothing that it will stay in our memories forever. If ever we are to revisit this beautiful city we would stay here again for sure .
On arrival we were greeted by the hotel manager Eliska which was a lovely welcome and she advised us if we needed anything to contact her. All staff are helpful at the hotel. The breakfast is amazing with plenty of choice and walking to everything is easy from the hotel. The hotel is spotless and has a very relaxed vibe without no rushing around . The breakfast covers fruit, cooked breakfast, pastrys , cereal and more if you don’t like something there’s something wrong with you. They have a garden area with a dome also in winter which we used for a drink. The hotel is close to everything and if you have flat boots you will be fine. The room was amazing like our own little apartment. The bathroom has a bath and a shower then at the side of it . I used both . Beds are really comfy and they have a mini fridge stocked every day without added cost . There is a coffe pod machine and normal kettle so you can choose. We would reccomend this to anyone it is modern and chilled and what was nice was the staff wore hoodies with jeans all matching so it gave a relaxed feel also. My partner is a vlogger with his own channel so if you want to see more of the hotel and Prague you can check it out on outsidertank YouTube. Thankyou to all the staff for a truly lively stay. If we return ever to Prague we will stay here again.…
Great boutique hotel in the heart of the old city of Prague. Great location, excellent service, great selections in the buffet breakfast. What’s not to like about this hotel. Everything is walkable, the front office staff are attentive and well informed, rooms comfortable and well-appointed
We stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very conveniently located and you can walk to all the main sites very easily and also convenient for the trams and subway. It's clean and well maintained and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly and gave us good recommendations for restaurants and bars. The reason I gave 4 rather than 5 stars is that the bedroom and bathroom were very small. However the room had everything we needed including a fridge with drinks that were replenished every day and this was much appreciated. Breakfast was included and it was excellent - a varied choice of fresh hot and cold food. The breakfast staff were very efficient in clearing tables and making sure no food items ran out. We would stay here again if we're in Prague but would maybe get an upgraded, larger room.…
The good: * Location: We liked that the hotel was off the maze of streets where all the tourists hang out. Felt like we had our own quiet neighborhood to go back to after doing all the touristy things. And it was really only a 10-15 walk to anything you want to see in Prague. * Staff: Front desk staff was always there and always seemed happy to see you come and go. Very accommodating for our dog whom we were travelling with. * Housekeeping: Room refreshes were always nicely done. * Breakfast: We only ate the breakfast on our last day, but tons of selection and good quality. Was a bit expensive so we chose to eat elsewhere until the last morning when we opted for the convenience. The bad: * Rooms are quite small. Yes, it's Europe and ALL rooms are small but there was only about a 1 meter wide perimeter around the bed which was a bit tight and there was only 1 desk chair which meant any time in the room was spent on the bed.…
Very good hotel, facilities are clean, modern and tastefully decorated, staff are really friendly and hospitable, and the BIG breakfast buffet was excellent: more like a BRUNCH (from 7-11am :-), everything you can imagine! The place is well-located on a quiet street just 15 minutes by feet from the famous beautiful old town. And a there are a lot of convenience stores and restaurants nearby! My friend and I had an awesome stay!
This is an excellent choice for a hotel in Prague whether for business or in our case a three day City Break. It is situated on the edge of the 'Old Town' but all the attractions are easily accessible. Basic Room was fine, we had twin beds (comfy), plenty of wardrobe & drawer space (unusual for a City Break/Business stay type of hotel, TV that had about 6 English speaking News Channels but no English speaking other channels, not that you would really need them. Room space was otherwise a bit limited although we did have chair of sorts in a corner - legs that were less than 6 inches high and while sitting down might be ok getting up again would be difficult I guess although I didn't try it. The bathroom had all the usual amenities, hand wash & body lotion by the sink and body wash and conditioning shampoo in the bath/shower. Now here is where I'm going to sound a bit picky but if it was me designing a hotel bathroom I would jettison the bath and put in a big shower, but this hotel had showers over the bath, and it was a rather nice rainfall shower with a hand held unit adjacent. However the bath was a deep one and it was quite a step over the edge into the bath, not for the marginally infirm I would suggest. The tap system was quite interesting too, you had a choice of three and I managed to get them all going before I worked out which one worked the rainfall, while you also needed a delicate touch to adjust temperature. But the highlight of the whole affair is if you actually want to have a bath. The shower screen is actually fixed to the bath which is good in some ways as there is no leakage when having a shower so no soaking wet floors. But the plug is at the far end of the bath so to 'put the plug in' you actually have to get into the bath to do that. Then you get out again and select the correct tap set the temperature and go and read a book or something for at least half an hour as the water flow to fill the bath is ridiculously slow. All good fun. That apart as I said it is an excellent hotel for a City Break with a few nice restaurants nearby and I would recommend it as such…
