I need to admit, from outside it was far from appealing, in the inside though, it wasn't as bad as I thought. The rooms were pretty small and so were the bathrooms, the balcony was a little bit too high and the view wasn't the best but the beds we're clean and comfortable enough. There was a good choice of food for breakfast ranging from eggs and ham to sweets and the dining room was pretty spacious and neat.
Worst service ever. We have been standing here in the lobby got two hours already and there is some other group that has come and for unknown reason they are giving them rooms, though we have been waiting for hours and we had called them earlier notifying about coming at 2 o'clock, and here we go, still waiting and they are giving all their rooms to the people who came more than 2 hours later than we did. The manager wouldn't even come to talk to us. Never ever stay here, guys! And, btw, no one speaks English 😞😞😞
The hotel is good and is not expensive. The room was very big - for 5 people, we were 2. Only the bathroom was not clean enough. It's a little bit dark in the room. My night light didn't working. Very intresting pictures in the room and at the reception. The breakfast was good. It's far from the city center, but there is a shop nearby and a restaurant.
The hotel is nice, is far from Prague center but is easy to get there with a public transport and is not expensive. The hotel can offer more for breakfast, they should offer some fruits and vegetables. We will come back for sure.
