I booked this Hotel last Month for a surprise 50th Birthday trip away for my wife and I. I messaged the Hotel about a week before our arrival and asked would it be OK if we checked in early as we were arriving in Prague way earlier then the 1500 Check In Time , they replied promptly and said with it being a weekend they would try they're best , and as it was a Birthday surprise for my wife , would I like them to put a little something in the room for her.... And that is the standard of the wonderful 4 night stay we encountered at all times. Not only did they put a lovely bottle in the room but also on our arrival upgraded us because of my wife's birthday....The room was really nice , old style high ceilings , bathroom was good with a fine set of toiletries ( shower gel was lovely) and there was a view of the park that led straight up to the main Railway Station , bed was that big I never saw the wife for 4 days 😉....As I mentioned , the Hotel Staff were superb , we asked for an iron and ironing board on a couple of occasions and they were really prompt on bringing it to the room , every time we left or came back to the Hotel there was always a freindly hello and a smile , nothing was too much trouble. The Breakfast was really really good , you could order off a menu and you could help yourself to a very wide selection of food , meats , bread, yoghurts , fruit , literally anything you could think of that would be in a really good continental breakfast , it was really good. The location of the Hotel is superb to be fair , as I mentioned earlier you are literally a walk across a park away from the main Railway Station in Prague , probably a ten to fifteen minute walk away from the Old Town Square where the Astronomical Clock is and about 10 minutes away from the amazing National Museum. We did a lot of walking , and by doing so got to see a lot of Prague , some of it by chance . I have no doubt the public transport system is really good , but the location of this Hotel takes away the need for a lot of that , dependent on your itinerary of course...Overall a great Hotel , great staff , and I would definitely stay at this Hotel again.…

On arrival felt welcomed by the recipient and that welcome was repeated throughout the hotel. The staff in the bar and restaurant at breakfast were really helpful. The rooms were really comfortable which seemed to be recently upgraded to a very high standard. Although the hotel is only a short walk from the station it is quite central for night life, shops and restaurants

Very good location - literally opposite the main station. We were getting a train to Vienna early so wanted to be close to the station. Staff were friendly and organised a taxi to meet us at the airport. Room was very good and nice and quiet. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. Possibly the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had!! Only down side was the pillows were very, very soft. Would happily stay again.

Beautiful interior, love the colors and the plants, best materials everywhere you can see. I enjoyed the lovely scent of the bedsheets. Comfortable short walk from to main station, not too far away for experiencing all the city attractions. Breakfast buffet offers a great variety. Coffee has to be ordered separately, this is not perfect for coffeeholics who do not want to wait for their most important morning starter. Please, management, provide a coffee machine ! The restaurant garden is lovely.

Newly refurbished hotel in the heart of Prague, a stone's throw from the central station (Hlavni Nadrazi). The rooms have a fresh and original design, are very spacious and high and I noticed that, despite the large size, they cool down immediately thanks to a really excellent air-conditioning system. The beds are perfect for sleeping, the bathroom is very comfortable and the toiletries are among the most complete I have ever seen. The service is practically perfect: ask and within two minutes you get it, should you need it. The manager, by the way, is very present. The location, in Prague 1, is perfect for walking to anywhere in the city centre in a maximum of 20 minutes (those furthest away). Metro and other transport nearby. Travelling costs with taxi apps and the like are really low. Overall a great place to stay in the city given the excellent breakfast, the possibility to have lunch and dinner at The Monkey Bar (a place worth visiting regardless) and the wellness centor, small but perfect for relaxing during a city break.…

Hotel is nice and newly renovated, with a nice SPA. Rooms are small for the price but nicely set. The problem is the hotel Bar. One can hear techno music in the rooms until late every night. Moreover, staff are not that friendly. At the bar one night they asked us to change tables *twice* because tables in theory were booked. At that time the bar was empty and the reservation for the table we were sitting was for 90 min later - but they still did not let us stay even when we told them we just wanted a quick glass of wine. We ended up in a much nicer bar outside of the hotel. Overall staff friendliness in the hotel varies a lot - people at the reception are also not always that friendly.

Nice boutique hotel maybe 10 mins walk from the old town. Modern style, nice comfy bed and sheets, good lighting in the room. Bath with shower, I prefer an open shower but maybe there is that option in other rooms. Really good breakfast with lots of options, and good timings - weekend breakfasts end a bit later. Special thanks to the waiter who’s name is Sujeewa, he was very helpful and great to talk to - a credit to the hospitality industry, always working with a smile and purpose.

People at reception are very Nice and helpful. I stayed one night and they kept one suitcase for me for 2 days. Wonderful breakfast, quality food. I had lunch there and food was very good also. The room was small and there wasn’t enough space over the bathroom sink countertop to all my things. But then, nothing is perfect. And I carry too many things.

I stayed unfortunately just for one night, after arriving by train across the hotel at the Central Train station of Prague the hotel is clean, very modern, cosy and trendy decorated. Staff very nice and helpful, hotel garden a must go! Try the Peanut Choco Bourbon cocktail!

This is an amazing, beautiful, little hotel art hotel, like a little perl in the middle of Prague. Recently redecorated to its former and modern splendor. Comfortable, easy to reach, very service minded, polite and professional service. The hotel also hosts their signature Monkey bar where one can enjoy fantastic cocktails, beverages and food.
