WELLNESS HOTEL STEP is a 4-star hotel complex with extensive conference, sports and wellness facilities. The hotel is located in a quiet part of Prague 9, just 5 km from the city centre.

The hotel offers comfortable accommodation in 201 air-conditioned economy, standard and deluxe rooms and standard and deluxe suites, which will satisfy even the most demanding client. The rooms are also equipped with a separate bathroom with bath or shower, LED satellite TV, minibar and safe. High-speed wifi is available free of charge in the rooms and all common areas. Reception is available to guests 24 hours a day, and in addition to check in and check out, provides spa access, airport transfers, information service, taxi or currency exchange services. There are also 3 restaurants serving international and Czech cuisine and several bars, including a lobby bar with an outdoor summer terrace where guests can enjoy a wide range of mixed drinks.

We invite you to take advantage of the large number of sports and relaxation services. In our premises you can play tennis, squash, badminton and table tennis. On our final night, a group of Spanish students stayed in the second building which was used for a few rooms and parking spots and they were very ignorant and loud so we rang reception to try and get them to be quiet or move rooms for the final night and after a bit of going back and forth with the reception they moved us to a new room that was bigger than the original...

I praise just the refilling soap products and plenty of electrical sockets thanks to extension cords... In the restaurant, we were waiting 10 minutes for the first service in almost empty restaurant - although a barman saw us coming to a table... The barman is pouring the beer into glasses with a puddle of water on the bottom (very unprofessional), but the meals are tasty... We had a tartare (very well served) and chicken wings (the wings were good, but the baguette was like a dried log)... We assumed, that it is probably close, so we don't need them, but the reality was different... There was friendly staff, then you walk through the cloakrooms (common with the badmintonists - they should have their own) and through the turnstiles... The steam chamber is quite cold, but the sauna next to the swimming pool is perfect (nice view outside and calm music playing)... When we returned to the room, WiFi was running smoothly, so it was possible to watch a movie on-line... But it was possible to fall asleep ;) The breakfasts are very rich and tasty, service is attentive and kind...

...And honestly with the Uber service that exist in Prague area the longest time that I had to wait for a Uber driver wasn't more than 6min. But prepare for 15-20 minutes to arrive to the old Prague area... The room was ok for the four of us, clean and ok for our needs... Breakfasts were crowded but with plenty of places to sit... The Bohemia restaurant at the Hotel was nice, with good food and friendly staff... Those facilities were not just for the hotel clients.That was a public swimming-pool... All the staff and the pool users were friendly, respectfully and the facilities were unbelievably clean even at 10pm!!... Bottom of line: If you go to Prague and want to do some sports or use the wellness services go for it...

The hotel is very big and located on the outskirts of central Prague which is easy to get to via a very efficient and easy to use public transport system... The room was comfortable and the breakfast was plentiful covering both continental and cooked varieties... The staff were friendly and very helpful especially initially when we asked about how to get to the public transport tram stop... The hotel offers a spa which we used but to be honest, as it's also for public use too it's not as personal as I would have liked as it was very busy and although we could use our hotel room towels, we felt that a robe could have been included and extra towels too...

Big hotel, nice, clean room, staff was average, not extraordinarily friendly, no problem with English. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna, nice, clean amenities... Breakfast was awesome, comparable to breakfasts served in resorts in Egypt... Hotel is about 15 mins from the metro, we parked in the parking garage right across from the hotel for a charge of CZK290/night...

Room was a great size and very clean... The only downsides were that the pool/sauna world had a wait time to use if it got busy and the food in the restaurant wasn’t great for dinner... I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a relaxing break...

...Our kids loved the pool but as parents there were not enough places to sit or relax. The pool area could be cleaned more often... The hotel and our room was very tidy and the room mates did a great job...

...We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. We slept really well, the room was clean, warm and quiet... We got to play badminton at half price as a hotel guest... The stuff at the reception, restaurant Bohemia and sport reception was really nice and helpful... Also, you can buy daily tickets to use public city transportation directly at the hotel...

...The room was ok for the four of us, clean and ok for our needs... Breakfasts were crowded but with plenty of places to sit... Amazing breakfast, I don't believe that could be any guest not happy with it... The Bohemia restaurant at the Hotel was nice, with good food and friendly staff... The several sports that were near the hotel we just use swimming-pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam bath... Those facilities were not just for the hotel clients.That was a public swimming-pool... It's a bit crowded but we enjoy a lot... All the staff and the pool users were friendly, respectfully and the facilities were unbelievably clean even at 10pm!!... Bottom of line: If you go to Prague and want to do some sports or use the wellness services go for it... You have a lot of sports that you can enjoy, But If return to Prague maybe I choose another hotel...

The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and the staff is well trained. During the check-in process, I would like to get more information about what the hotel offers and where the room is located... The wellness is really special and I love that it is located on the roof... It is tastefully decorated and I like the wood paneling... I was in a conference at the hotel and the lunch they offered was excellent... I liked that the cosmetics in the rooms were made in the Czech Republic... The beds were comfortable and the room was clean...

...They forgot to mention that their swimming pool is open for locals daily, way too busy and the water in a swimming pool was cold... Breakfast and dinner is nice but exactly the same choice of food every day...

The hotel is very big and located on the outskirts of central Prague which is easy to get to via a very efficient and easy to use public transport system... The room was comfortable and the breakfast was plentiful covering both continental and cooked varieties... You could even squeeze your own oranges to make fresh orange juice... There were two dining areas for breakfast, we chose the smaller area as the large restaurant was pretty noisy, especially with lots of small children... The staff were friendly and very helpful especially initially when we asked about how to get to the public transport tram stop... The hotel offers a spa which we used but to be honest, as it's also for public use too it's not as personal as I would have liked as it was very busy and although we could use our hotel room towels, we felt that a robe could have been included and extra towels too... We were located on the 5th floor which was quiet...

The review is for a deluxe room with sauna world package... Breakfast ok, small selection of dishes... Pool just ok, saunas fantastic... 10 minutes by foot is the tram and 15 minutes - subway... It is 30-40 minutes to downtown attractions by subway or tram...

We buyed Wellness relax package, but it included only swimming pool, not a sauna. Your guide sign said: "swimming pool", "wellness and relax" and so on...

Very comfortable stay, very helpful staff, many facilities on site (the hotel is connected to the leisure centre next door)... I absolutely loved having a room with a balcony on the top floor, very relaxing to sit with a drink and watch the trains (and the world) go by...

Hotel Step is a Wellness Hotel with cozy rooms... You as a guest have free use of saunas placed on the upper level and a pool downstairs... Breakfasts are rich and tasty, great selection of anything one needs...
