Excellent hotel! The room is spacious and beautiful, the breakfast buffet is fantastic, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the location because, even though the path uphill can be tough, the zone is quiet and very close to the castle.
Great location right below Prague Castle, this hotel seems recently renovated or at least kept in really great condition. The beds are comfy, windows in the rooms open for fresh air, the breakfast is gorgeous with lovely home made cakes and spreads. Very happy with our stay.
Stayed for 2 nights in early July and we could not have wished for a nicer experience. The hotel is situated in a really quiet area just 2 mins walk from Prague Castle and 15 mins walk to Charles Bridge. We arrived just before midday to a very warm & friendly welcome and the great news that our room was already ready for us! The room was lovely, nice big comfy bed, tea/coffee making facilities, free safe, TV, A/C, huge bathroom with big bathtub & toiletries supplied. Breakfast was very pleasant, a choice of hot and cold Buffett, had fried eggs, bacon & French toast on offer one day and the 2nd was scrambled eggs, sausages and freshly made pancakes. There were also breads, home made james, cereals, home made yoghurt pots, cheeses, hams & pastries plus juices and a tea & coffee machine. The service at the hotel was very warm & friendly, everybody we encountered there were very helpful. The only area I can find that could be improved is there could be a 2nd set of curtains on the inside of the secondary glazed windows as the curtains in between the glazed panels let a lot of light in the room and therefore can wake you up early if you’re a light sleeper, however, that’s being really picky as on the whole for the price we paid we feel this was excellent value for money. I would 100% recommend anyone visiting Prague to stay here.…
Really lovely hotel with stylish rooms located in a quieter part of the city. Really close to the castle and some great restaurants. Breakfast was a great selection each morning as well. They even made us up a bag of breakfast sandwiches when our flight details changed so that we would miss breakfast on the last day! Overall amazing hotel with great service from all the staff!
This hotel is wonderful for couples. The staff is extremely nice and always ready to help. They managed to provide dinner reservations and were very helpful by email. The hotel is close to the castle so it requires walking up in the street which is not a problem. We stayed in one of the designer bedrooms which was very nice, with a bathtub. The access to our bedroom was only by stairs. Very charming. However the air conditioning was not working properly. When it was on it didn't manage to cool the bedroom. It was not a bit problem for us, but might be in some hotter days. The breakfast it very, very nice, with everything. Delicious cakes and bread, cheese, pancakes and something different everyday.
Neruda is an amazing hotel just in the heart of Prague. It's location is outstanding, just a couple of steps from the Castle of Prague. It's also a few minutes walking from the Carlos Bridge and the Old Town. So, if you like to walk, the most part of the main attractions of Prague are accessible on foot. If not, there are tram stations next to the hotel (uphill or downhill). The hotel itself is very cozy and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and everyday we had a different dish. Staff was very kind and promptly to help us. They booked a transfer to the airport for us once we had to leave very early in the morning (a special thanks to Cristina who was amazing with us). tip: As we arrived in Prague by train, we decided to take the tram to reach the hotel. It was not the best decision once we had heavy luggage to carry through the hill until arrive in the hotel. Consider taking a taxi/uber, which are very affordable in Prague.…
We found the hotel For our first visit to Prague and would now only ever stay there. Even the taxi drivers agreed that we had chosen the best hotel! The breakfast was delicious and every day there was something different and home made such as cakes and quiche. The beds and pillows are super comfy. Our daughter wanted to take the pillows home! The stylish rooms and whole building was lovely to explore. The position is so central yet out of the way of the main drag so very quiet. There is so much to do in Prague and this hotel is close to so many parts including the mini Eiffel Tower which you can see at night from the rooms on the top floor front. Logging into our own Netflix on their tvs was a great bonus too. The staff are all lovely and we didn’t have any issue with communicating as they were all great at english. I recommend a 5 night stay as there’s so much to do and yet it’s so relaxing here. I am always sad to leave xxx…
We stayed for a long weekend and chose this hotel knowing the area is quieter at night, away from the loud bars etc. The hotel is clean, and the rooms well equipped with air con, tv and tea/coffee making facilities and power sockets with USB charging ports. There is a good buffet breakfast with plenty of choice to suit the majority of people. All the staff we met and dealt with were friendly and helpful, offering tourist advice and assistance with booking taxis and printing boarding passes. I would absolutely recommend this hotel, but if you don't like walking then be warned you will have to walk up a steep hill to get to it, but think of the calories you'll burn off doing it!
Amazing place, we will return!! The pleace is very near with all turistic sites and the people that work in hotel are very carefull and nice. The brakfast was big and varied. The room was comfortable and very clean. The place is quietly and ideal for rest.
