The hotel is great in every way. Facilities are old but very well maintained. My room was quite big, with a hall and a kitchen separate from the room. I booked a superior room so I am not sure if every room is like that....More
Not sure where to start. I was so impressed with this hotel in every way. Reception staff bent over backwards to assist in booking trips, taxis and advice on what to see. Nothing is too much trouble and you are made to feel very welcome....More

Dear Alli A,
All of the staff here at Hotel Leonardo were more than happy to accommodate you and we are all very grateful for your positive comments. The reception staff pride themselves on customer service so are more than willing to 'bend over backwards'...More
The desk staff is terrific. They gave great recommendations, and they acted as concierges. The location is right on the Vltava River, 2 short blocks from the Charles Bridge. We are on a Rick Steves tour. We’re off to Budapest tomorrow.
This is an oddly shaped hotel, but the great thing about that is that a small number of rooms have spectacular views of the river. We paid a little extra (10 euros) for an upgraded room, and it was well worth it.

We are presently staying here, spending three nights. The hotel is centrally located by the Charles Bridge. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a buffet breakfast that is above average. I highly recommend the Hotel Leonardo.

One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the
modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.

I don't know how the hotel arranges transportation; I'm sure if you called or emailed and asked them that they would be more than happy to. We had our transportation included in by our travel agent when making our arrangements. I do know that the hotel has relationships with the drivers, who we found to be very friendly and informative about the city as they drove us. I hope this helps.
