All amazing. The food, service, shul/synagogue, beds and especially the showers all perfect. Only a 15 minute walk to the old town and the Jewish quarter, and all staff seem to speak good English and ivrit too! Breakfast amazing, just a shame there are no windows in that room!

Five star hotel, highly recommend, friendly staff, great food, good location, fair pricing, we will certainly be back to stay again. The Beis Hamedrash was welcoming. The spa was superb. The Kashrut has a full time mashgiach. We had a great break and was a return visit

The room was clean and beautiful. The beds had duvets which I appreciated. The mattress, pillows and blanket were very comfortable. The bathroom was large, modern and very clean. The shower was great. All in all, a great experience! I would definitely stay here again

I had my doubts as someone wrote about the number of steps that you have to climb to get to the lobby. Once you get inside, however, the hotel is very nicely annointed and the staff very friendly. The kosher food has been excellent. I am seriously thinking of coming back for Pesach next year. I am so glad I found this hotel.

A fabulous hotel. The best kosher experience we have had in Europe. Everything is so clean and everyone is so helpful. The pool was clean and amazing. The food was delicious and very plentiful. We felt really pampered. The atmosphere and ambience of the hotel is one you don't find anywhere else.
We find it 'a home away from home' with lots of pampering!!! We'd definitely recommend.

Hi, There is one lift which goes all the way down to basement level, I am not sure if it goes all the way to the top (I guess it does?) - it definitely went to the first floor where I was staying... I don't know what you would require to use the scooter, but I can tell you that the front entrance is via a steep (internal) flight of stairs. It is possible that they have another entrance. It is worth asking the hotel this question. I would think that the room that I stayed at was big enough for a scooter to maneuver in. Hope this helps, good luck!
