This hotel is for special interests. The rooms are nice, but not completely clean. The training room is a storage room, where there is no space for any activity. The breakfast was of poor quality. There is no problem eating kosher, but overcooked eggs, sweaty cheese that showed signs of being left for a long time and only instant coffee. It is not what I think is a five star breakfast. It was simply poor quality. A banana in the room is a better option. The receptionist was neither friendly nor helpful - and there is generally little information

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the hotel. The room was modern and inviting, and the beds extremely comfortable. The food was plentiful and mostly delicious.
I also found that many of the extras and even basics, especially the drinks, were very pricey.

We had the most wonderful experience being here for the weekend. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed from taking our luggage in and up to the room, full room service to ordering taxis when needed. Food was plentiful and delicious, bedrooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean. Special thanks to binyomin (mashgiach) for being on top of everything and ensuring the hotel runs smoothly.

We took a junior suite on the sixth floor, which we found spacious clean and comfortable. However we checked out all the rooms, the basic is a bit small but still nice for a short vacation. The deluxe is already a nice room.
The food was great. The buffet style breakfest was fresh and a nice variety, all Kosher Mehadrin with hands on Mashgiach tmidi.1
The Shabbat Meals were also buffet style and very tasty.
Shabbat night was nice and we enjoyed the meal the company the tea and sweets.
Shabbat Breakfast was included and we had enough time after the prayers to eat breakfast.
Shabbat Lunch was after early Mincha.
The synogogue runs very on time, and set to accomodates the restaurant schedule. Spa hours also work very well. The front desk is very helpful with directions etc.
Remember Uber works great in Prague.
I would definately come again.
Shmuel.

This hotel never disappoints. We stayed for a week, with half-board. For the price, we got great value! The food was varied, plentiful, fresh, and tasty. We felt very welcomed when we received a personal cake to our room for the occasion of our anniversary with a beautiful card from the hotel management.
The staff was very helpful, especially when we had a medical emergency to deal with. The room and the amenities were delightful. Were stayed in the Deluxe room. It was nice and new, spacious and pleasant. Everything we needed was provided promptly. The location was comfortable - a short walk from the old city square and the Palladium shopping center as well as other attractions. It was a perfect Prague experience!

Besides the food that was amazing, the rooms were dirty (carpet and windows, the sills were black from dust and never cleaned). We didn’t sleep for 4 nights as you can’t control the temperature in the room and it was boiling 26 degrees, not normal. Staff were unfriendly, they hire the cheapest labour. In such times when security would be so important, they put on a very obese guard who eats at the desk and couldn’t catch a cat. It is a joke to call themselves 5 star, maybe according Israeli standards but definitely not European ones.

Very nice hotel and conveniently located. Walking distance to many popular areas and the main central station, Prague Hlavni Nadrazi. If you are driving, it is right off the highway.
Comfortable beds. Spacious room. Great shower.
Breakfast was included, and was a buffet with a good variety.
We had dinner one night in the dairy restaurant, order from a menu and one night in the dining room, a buffet with a good variety of foods.

We arrived 4.5 hours before checkin time and the staff not only allowed us early checkin at no charge, but were so kind in upgrading us to a better room due to all the Corona cancellations. Every staff member we interacted with was professional and nice. The hotel is boutique and quaint, centrally located, and the food fantastic. The shul is as beautiful as any shul. It's a proper shul, not just a converted room. The spa is amazing, too! They thought of everything for shabbat...2 shabbat lamps, not just one...a shabbat kettle, a washing cup basin in the room. Would have given 6 stars if 5 were not the max!

We arrived as a large family group. The stairs to get up to the lobby from the street with suitcases are not easy but that's the only downside. The rooms have been refurbished. Beds comfy and bathrooms very modern. The rooms are spacious. Lots of furnishings and gadgets to make it a perfect place for an observant Jewish person to stay. Because we had a large group they gave us a separate dining room for many of the meals. The food was plentiful and good abd strictly Kosher. The small pool and jacuzzi were great for the kids. We had good massages in the spa. In house synagogue is very useful and the hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the old jewish quarter. So even though they are the only Kosher hotel in Prague they keep up excellent standards.

We are just finishing a week stay and found everything perfect for are needs. The staff is very helpful friendly and mostly multi lingual .The position of the hotel is walking distance to most attractions in Prague and public transport is also nearby. The food is good and generous. The rooms and public areas are classically elegant and clean. The spa /pool is an extra bonus especially as they also offer separate hrs.

Hi, There is one lift which goes all the way down to basement level, I am not sure if it goes all the way to the top (I guess it does?) - it definitely went to the first floor where I was staying... I don't know what you would require to use the scooter, but I can tell you that the front entrance is via a steep (internal) flight of stairs. It is possible that they have another entrance. It is worth asking the hotel this question. I would think that the room that I stayed at was big enough for a scooter to maneuver in. Hope this helps, good luck!
