If a place feels like home, looks better then hom and the stuff treat you better then family - it must be home !!!! THe NH Collection Prague Carlo IV is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in - its so beautiful, peaceful, clean and welcoming - youll find it hard to leave. its Located is central yet in a peaceful area with several tram stations and even the central railway station, 10 minute walk from the old city 10 minute from the vast shopling mall. the place is so clean you can see youeself on the floor. the interior desigen that looks as if it was taken from an interiour design musium. the breakfast is awesome - fresh with a huge veriety of everything you can dream of. the spa has many possibiliteis, rest rooms and usualy you are on your own in peace. the place is so quiet it makes the guests (even us middle easterns) talk quietly and respect the other guests. but all of this is not iimportent - the most importent fact about the hotel is the staff, from the cleaning laday, the kitchen staff to the wonderful managers, supervisors and gm manager that runhs the Hotel everybody is so welcoming, helpful, and friendly in the atmost meaning of the world. you can feel they all truly love their jobs. and personaly I was touched by the fact that the Genral manger took the time to speak to us and felt very proud of his stuff !!!! you simply find it hard to leave the place. its so beautiful. mainly because of the efforts of the staff to keep the place clean and amazing in the highest standarts ! small things - like a lettere frim the cleaning lady pointingout she did the best ! a vast amounts of towels, tea' coffe - they make your day. to be honest ? even if I tried to find something - there is nothing bad I can say about the Hotel... and the compliment are not enough…

Very nice place in Praque with excellent SPA, beautiful large rooms and perfect kitchen menu. The staff is very nice and helpful and Hotel is very close to the center. Thank u🙌🏻 We were very happy there.

For what we got (supposedly with a free upgrade that in honesty felt like the same we’d booked or worse), I feel like we paid too much especially as our air con didn’t work the first day/night and couldn’t sleep (they fixed it but no mention of compensation), fire alarm with poor staff communication, and dated pool area.

We had a great stay at Prague Carlo IV again, this is a wonderful upper-class hotel with a nice environment and a highly professional and friendly staff. The swimmingpool is excellent and the breakfest offers a large luxury selection during the entire serving time. It would be great if they would install a children corner and if the bed would be slightly softer. HOwever, these are details which can not spoil the fantastic experience.

A beautiful, old world building, built in the 1890’s and preserved as a 5 star hotel. The architecture is stunning. We just spent 3 nights at the Carlo. The staff were all wonderful and went out of their way to be helpful. Most everyone spoke English. The accommodations were very nice. The restaurant was very good. The breakfast was incredible. We enjoyed sitting in the bar in the evenings relaxing after walking all day, having a drink and dessert. It has a very relaxing atmosphere. It’s not as centrally located inside old town Prague as some others, but it was an easy 10-12 minute walk. There were a lot of restaurants nearby. The main train station is located directly across the park. Only two recommendations…do not stay in room 104 or near that corner of the hotel. The tram goes by every 30 seconds. It’s loud. It vibrates the room. They happily moved us to a quiet location. Second, the beds are extremely firm. My husband loved it…me, not so much.…

Once you step in lobby, you feel that you are in a palace. Lenka helped us to have a wonderful room with view of the rooftop garden. Friendly and attentive staff. Delightful live music was professionally performed during happy hour and dining time. It will be my only choice in Prague.

Fabulous stay from start to finish. The staff were lovely and made us feel very welcome. We were upgraded which was really great of the hotel. The decor, spa, and rooms are stunning and we felt extremely looked after in all areas of the hotel. The atmosphere was charming and i'd rate this 10/10. The location is brilliant and it isn't far to walk anywhere in Prague.
