Hotel with great location, clean. Room very nice, spacious, big window. Breakfast quite good. Very friendly personnel. Housekeeping did very well. Astoria wifi somewhat slow, Astoria lobby wifi worked well. Good value for money. Better prices through hotel's home pages.

It was great! The room was really big, and there were so much activities offered by the resort. However, the highlight would definitely be the food they offered. Chef Gomez (?) came up with different kinds of food everyday, no matter what meal it may be, which makes us wanna eat there every meal. The wifi was good as well....

My wife and I booked a weekend in Prague on a BA package deal and chose Hotel Astoria for its proximity to the Old Town - really a guess as we had never been to Prague before. Turned out to be a good choice. Our room was pretty basic but clean. The bed was a good size and comfortable with...

Astoria is a gorgeous hotel. Well located. Beautiful building. I had a room with a balcony on the sixth floor, and while I was not high enough to see the castle from the room, the view was still very beautiful. Breakfast is fairly good. Adequate, unless you're expecting a really elaborate affair. Sadly, there were no Czech dishes. Or if...

Nice place to stay in Prague center, location is perfect - 2 min walk fro Old Square. A hotel with no useless luxury, just everything you need. Good clean rooms, less in lobby and corridors but still good. Must recommend for business stay.

Very good location in Old Town close to shoping centre Palladium and few minutes from Old Town square. Nice breakfast. There are many similar 4 strars hotels in Prague but that one is located really well. I leaved car at Florenc parking which is some 400CZK per night and is 10 minutes by walk from hotel.

While staying at a near by AirBnB, but went stopped into the Hotel Astoria Cafe for breakfast. We arrived at the very end of breakfast, but the staff was increasingly accommodating and friendly, and prepared us a delicious plate of eggs, meats and breads for us. A great start to our weekend in Prague.

The Astoria Prague is conveniently situated near a main subway station and right in the city center, everything well within walking distance. The hotel itself is well kept, clean and fitted with all amenities you might need. Our triple bedroom was spacious and equipped with three comfortable separate beds an adequate bathroom and a nice view of the street below....

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
