The suite was awesome with period high ceilings and plenty of room with a kitchen and wonderful windows to enjoy the views. Location also very convenient within walking distance of all of the sights. But, the best part of our stay was when, at 1:30am in the morning Christmas night, I needed urgent medical care. The receptionist on duty, Karina, was absolutely brilliant in booking my taxi to the hospital and also booking my return journey 3 hours later. This would have been difficult for me due to obviously not speaking the local language. She also helped me to the taxi as I had difficulty walking. The compassion was so comforting during this time. - Julie237 contributionsGreat location and spacious apartmentsWe stayed in room 601 which has a spacious rooftop terrace with a view of all of the city. The apartment has 3 separate rooms and can sleep comfortably 6 although they also provide a pull out bed if you want to use the living room. With 2 bathrooms, air conditioning and kitchen facilities, you can easily spend a week or more here. The location is really well suited as it’s around a 10 minute walk to most attractions, restaurants and bars. But there are plenty of small shops close by for drinks and snacks. Breakfast is included and is available up until 10:30am. You have cold buffet or freshly cooked eggs and bacon. Each morning we got fresh gluten free bread and muffins and there were plenty of seats and tables. We really enjoyed talking to the lad on reception who’s english was extremely good - lucky considering we don’t speak Russian. Nice service, good rooms, classic hotel, good breakfast. Parking was in a nearby garage and quite expensive (73 euro's) but i was happy i was able to park my car, because that is almost impossible in this part of town.Dear W3786CRinfo, I am delighted that our team provided such great service to you for your stay and our property meet your expectations. Hotel's Favorite

Great location, everything is nearby. Not noisy. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Clean and tidy. not a large kitchen is present in the room. Breakfast in general for 5+. Sufficiently spacious rooms. Liked everything !

Nice centrally located hotel, the kindest staff possible, perfect location to explore Prague and the nearby castles. Rich and tasty breakfast, spacious flats,. Tons of restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Worth of remembering and coming back.

very well maintained building, we stayed at superior room/ suite (1+1) with two kids it has satisfied as well. Rooms are big Internet connection was perfect. location of the hotel is great. you can access anywhere by walking. very clean, historical place. we can definitely recommend to anyone staying there. Staff in general was very helpful helpful. they wanted to rent out a stroller to us at 15 Eur per day for a very bad condition one, i asked for discount or waiving the fee, the guy in the reception said that it is impossible which came to us strange since the stroller was not already broken one. However when we return the item we said our concerns about it and there was another receptionist i think her name was Angelina she was super super helpful and said that ok we will not charge for it. The perfect place for staying when visiting Prague. In the center of the city with easy access to many attractions and metro. The only small inconvenience I had was a noisy bed that makes rolling over without disturbing the others challenging.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The front desk staff were all very kind and welcoming (sorry I forgot to take their names, but we were greeted by a lady when we arrived and interacted with a gentleman during the day). Our train to Prague got terribly delayed, so we arrived at the hotel past midnight, but the lady very kindly and promptly helped us with check-in. The gentleman next day very kindly helped us with reserving tickets for a concert at the Rudolfinum, giving us very detailed info on picking up the tickets. I'd be remiss if I don't mention that the breakfast is excellent - the two ladies cooked us very tasty omelettes sprinkled with chives, and there's a wide selection of cheeses, fresh fruits, breads, and pastries every day. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and would come back next time we visit Prague!…

The room was large and spacious and close to the city centre. In a charming building in the heart of Prague. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. And the breakfast in the morning was delightful. Would definitely come back here the next time I am in Prague!
