Location is perfect. I am sure that no other hotel can compete with this hotel in Location! But, 1. The room is so extra ordinerily small. 2. No air-condition 3. No elevators 4. Strange path! You need to un-luck and luck 3 different doors with 3 different keys in a row to reach to your room!!! Urgent & Strange Problem... More

We stayed at the apartment, located in a different street, very central but quiet at night. Good sized bedrooms, very comfy beds and cleaned everyday. Bathroom and kitchenette could benefit from a refit, but still ok. Location of the hotel and the apartment was excellent, we went everywhere walking. We had breakfast included and although getting to the hotel building... More

A very small hotel near Charles Bridge, without lift and air conditioner, but I cannot say a bad thing about this hotel. Before the arrival, I sent email to hotel and request for restaurants' booking and they took swift actions. I was arranged the room on the 3rd was good enough. There is a nightclub in the hotel and it... More

Yes, this hotel is old and there are no elevators (They bellboy will haul your luggage up the many flights of stairs to your room) BUT, this is a beautiful, well cared for hotel. We loved our room. It was not the normal hotel room. I would suggest this hotel for younger couples. There is an awesome dance club in... More

I cannot find a bad word to describe my stay at U Zlatého Stromu. It was perfect from the beginning to the end. Room was beautiful, bed was really comfortable. But the nicest thing was the ceiling. Ok this is a boutique hotel with it's own restaurant and outdoor cafe and breakfast included for most people. The staffers are young and energetic. The location in the Old Town Center of Prague and near the Charles Bridge is ideal for most people. The room rates are good. That being said, this hotel is not for everyone. There is... More

Roomy rooms with big beds that sleep well. The noise from the street is part of the ambience and enjoyable for its Gemudlichkeit. Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
