What can I say, the location of this hotel is without a doubt excellent, you are within easy reach of the Charles Bridge and the Astronomical Clock, but it takes more than a great location to make a great hotel. We booked a deluxe suite, at first glance we were very impressed with the size of the room, which was... More

Nice hotel in a perfect, quite location. Breakfast was good as well. Good starting point to explore lovely Prague. Only small minus was the "living room" in the suite which could be designed to be more functionable. Like placing a small table and tv to sit and relax after an extended walk. For the rest no comments. Very clean and... More

We stayed in July 2016 mid-week. On the positive side, excellent location, just round the corner from a number of main attractions of this beautiful city, cafes, a street market and metro is 10 min walk. Breakfast was served from 7.30 till 10, was ample and tasty, sufficiently varied, especially cheeses and cold cuts were very good. The room was... More

The dessert was very... More

Perfect location hotel filled with character. Our room also had air conditioning which was great since it was hot outside. The bathroom was modern with a separate room for the toilet which was great. The price was also very good compared to the other hotels.

I highly recommend the hotel. The room was comfortable, clean and reasonably priced as well as being in the center of Prague. Wendy and the other hotel personnel where very friendly. Next time I am in Prague, I would stay again.

Used 2 rooms, regular and the double room. Regular room has shower and modern amenities. It is more open and feels big. Windows are to the street. Can be bit noisy. Attic double had modern bath tub and smaller rooms (family of 4 will be happy there). It is more quiet, great view over the rooftops. Both had working Airconditioning... More

The hotel stinks, the rooms are small Not recommended at all. Unless you plan to ruin your vacation. Although the hotel is right in the city center, but it does not compensate for the maltreatment by the hotel staff. For example, when bathing is not possible to stand upright Aim low ceiling Air condition is not functioning, and the room... More

The hotel is the best place close to the Charles Bridge and the Astronomical Clock but location is not everything in life. The heating did not work the first night,. Elevator worked over stairs and steps included entry level. A basic breakfast poor without a wide variety of dairy products. There was no automatic coffee machine. On the last evening... More

We had a wonderful 5 nights in room no. 32. The room is very very spacious and clean. The location of this hotel is superb. Just a stone's throw from Old Town Square, the Astronomical Clock, Hard Rock Cafe and short walking distance to Charles Bridge. Wendy and her team made our stay a memorable one. Everything was taken care... More

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
