All of the staff were absolutely lovely, receptionist gave us a map and a thorough run down of how to get around the city and helped us out whenever he could. Housekeeping were friendly and did an excellent job, and the wait staff for breakfast were very attentive. Our stay was well worth it just for the staff alone, but the room was also beautiful and the location was great as well. Right around the corner from multiple tram stops and mini markets in case you need anything. Will definitely be going back
This is a really nice hotel, very clean rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff. It's on four floors (I think) but there is a lift as well as a staircase. The breakfast area is kind of in three rooms, one is bright and airy beneath a glass roof, or there's the dining room which looks out into the street and could possibly double as a filming location for Bridgerton. Choice of food at breakfast is a bit eclectic - we had cold pizza and pigs in blankets one morning, but you can always ask for hot food from the kitchen, plus there's cereal, fruit, yogurt and so on. The "home-made" yogurts in the glass pots are particularly nice! Plus there are always at least two servers on duty, asking whether they can bring you anything and keeping the tables tidy, The hotel is in a great location - I don't know why someone has said they didn't feel safe at night - it's literally a stone's throw from the American embassy which has a 24/7 police guard outside so you couldn't really be in a more secure area! Plenty of bars and restaurants within short walking distance, plus a couple of mini-markets near-by too if you go up the hill towards the castle. Highly recommended for a romantic getaway!…
I got surprise of the comments because i faced with the different situation. I believe that photos of the rooms were not real and filters has been used for them. There were no tissue and slippers in the room, i asked the reception but they just put slippers and still there isn, t any tissue . The reception insist that there is in toilet but i didn’t mean toilet paper and i need tissue ;). The location rate was rated 9.6 but it really not evaluate as 9.6 at all. The avenue was really dark and you don’t feel safe at all. I traveled twice to prague and i was accommodate in the other hotel which named Hotel Pod Vezi, and this hotel has perfect location exactly in opposite of charls brigade with great staff and services . I just want to make a change but it was very bad one:).
We highly recommend the Boutique Hotel Constans. Their luxury interiors, room features, breakfast, & underground parking came at excellent rates. Their unbeatable value includes a stunning location that places guests in the quiet embassy neighborhood less than 20 minute walks from Prague Castle, Strahlov Monastery Brewery, Charles Bridge, and Kampa Island. There are nearby bistros for a glass of wine, beer, or a meal—whatever you’re in the mood for. We appreciated the staff’s helpful and friendly manner.
This is the most romantic and cosy hotel. It is beautiful and elegant and it has a warm atmosphere. The staff is very helpful and very friendly. This is the place we will stay, every time we visit Prague.
“A truly hidden gem in the small hotel category. Rustic, with charm resembling to small vilage-inn. Both the service and food/drinks supplied by the professional staff is outstanding. Highly recommended to all...”
We Stayed 5 night in Dec 22-27, 2019. This Hotel was the best place for me and my wife to stay on our 5th marriage anniversary. The room was so awesome and very comfortable, we really didn't want to leave. We will definitely go back there one day. I was especially thankful for friendly staff and services.
This is a lovely hotel, we stayed here for 5 nights. The room was beautiful and spacious. We had a friendly warm welcome on arrival. The breakfast staff are polite and friendly. The only downfall for us was our room was next to the cleaners cupboard so unfortunately we were woken up at 7.30am each morning to the sounds of them banging, laughing and chatting outside our door. The receptionist when checking out wasnt friendly towards us at all. Its still a beautiful hotel and we would stay here again, most of the staff are very friendly and helpful, 1 tip would be to the cleaners to be mindful of sleeping guests.
A lovely hotel in a quiet area close to the castle/palace. From arrival check in, we were welcomed by Jan at night reception who took time to explain the surrounding area. We were lucky to be upgraded to the best suite(room 34) which was amazing! Huge suite with great facilities and everything spotless. Only very minor thing was that the heating in the suite was very warm. Great breakfast area, lovely fresh food and made to order breakfast plus buffet selection. Very nice coffee out the machine! Highly recommend this hotel, hopefully we will be back.
Stayed here for 4 nights. Its a lovely hotel, rooms are huge and very clean. Staff very helpful especially Jan who checked us in and provided us with overview of this beautiful city. Breakfast was really good, freshly made omelette, scrambled eggs and more. Would definitely recommend staying here
