Their unbeatable value includes a stunning location that places guests in the quiet embassy neighborhood less than 20 minute walks from Prague Castle, Strahlov Monastery Brewery, Charles Bridge, and Kampa Island. There are nearby bistros for a glass of wine, beer, or a meal—whatever you’re in the mood for. We appreciated the staff’s helpful and friendly manner.

We stayed at the Boutique Hotel Constans for six nights in late September 2022. Jan and Valida, the front desk staff, were extremely helpful and pleasant to work with; they are very fluent in English. They assisted with restaurant recommendations, sites to visit, and arranging transportation. Jan even ran up to our room to make sure the coffee maker was functioning properly.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, quiet, and was always properly cleaned by housekeeping. The buffet breakfast offered a lot of variety with an option to order from a menu; the quality of the meals was excellent. The hotel’s location just a short walk to the castle district, Petrin Park, the Charles Bridge and Old Town. We would highly recommend Boutique Hotel Constans to anyone looking for accommodations convenient to most of the Prague sites of interest.
If we ever have an opportunity to visit Praha a second time, we would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is perfectly located between Prague's Castle and Charles'Bridge, in a very small and quiet street. Big and clean room with everything I asked for, a nice breakfast buffet with many options... The staff was also very friendly and would help me to find great guided tours or driver to go around the city and beyond.

I got surprise of the comments because i faced with the different situation. I believe that photos of the rooms were not real and filters has been used for them. There were no tissue and slippers in the room, i asked the reception but they just put slippers and still there isn, t any tissue . The reception insist that there is in toilet but i didn’t mean toilet paper and i need tissue ;). The location rate was rated 9.6 but it really not evaluate as 9.6 at all. The avenue was really dark and you don’t feel safe at all. I traveled twice to prague and i was accommodate in the other hotel which named Hotel Pod Vezi, and this hotel has perfect location exactly in opposite of charls brigade with great staff and services . I just want to make a change but it was very bad one:).

I was sorry and distraught to read that you did not enjoy your stay with us and that we did not meet your expectations. We feel we provide a very good value given our amazing quiet & central location and our huge, cozy rooms with unique design and we regret that this was not your impression. We have 32 rooms/suites and they have different designs. Every single room/suite we have is unique with different designs and they all look exactly like in the pictures. You booked our standard room, which is the cheapest one and it seems like you were expecting to get one of our junior suites...Furthermore, our standard rooms are pretty huge (24 – 30 m2) , cozy and most of our guests are very satisfied. It is really sad that you decided to give us a bad review, which is completely untrue, just because you didn't get a free room upgrade.... The slippers and tissues were in the room. Our housekeeping went to the room to check it and everything was there. Tissues are in every bathroom. And nobody meant toilet paper... There are tissues and cosmetic pads in each of our bathrooms. Most of our guests really love our location. Just 5 minutes from the Charles Bridge and 8 minutes from the Prague Castle. What's more, we are located in a very quiet street next to many embassies - including the American embassy, the German embassy, and the Irish embassy. I think my expectations were too high if I’m honest. Booked a package annd paid the extra for this hotel based on the trip advisor reviews. Arrived late evening by transfer and found the door locked and nobody on reception. Fortunately we had a phone and rang an ‘in an emergency’ number on the door. After much faffing we gained access and received a code for the keys in a secure box. Nobody had contacted us to say what to expect so that was a bit of a weird start. Room was an attic suite but single beds. I requested a double room on the original booking. Suite itself was pleasant and clean, no real view to speak of and a small limited selection of herbal tea and 3 nespresso pods. We thought we’d get our heads down and sort it out in the morning. The beds were dreadful! They were rock hard and creaky.. a bit like sleeping on a bench! Tackled reception in the morning to complete our booking in.. although lovely, the reception claimed that the tour operator refused to share our contact details with them so they couldn’t let us know how to get in. Apparently there were no double beds yet the suite opposite was vacant and had a double bed so who knows what happened there! Extra quilts were given for us to lay on to soften the bed. Extra tea/coffee for the room was not replenished.. it was chargeable so we bought drinks from the local shop. Breakfast was odd but edible but the waiter was a nice guy who was really attentive. I don’t think I’d stay there again but it’s clean and in a fairly good location.

Dear guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Unfortunately, like my colleague already told you the tour operator refused to share your contact details with us. The best way is to book directly on our website or use more reliable third parties like booking.com. We have different room categories - Standard room, deluxe room and junior suite. Since you booked just a standard room.. you already got a free upgrade to Deluxe room. And the only available double bed was in a Junior suite... Tea/coffee in all our rooms is replenished daily. Most of our guests are very happy with the breakfast so I am not sure what you mean by saying - breakfast was odd? Thanks again for taking the time to write this review. A beautiful property in the heart of Prague. Check-in, late night was a breeze as they had set up the passcodes for a seamless entry into the room. They have around 25+ rooms and each one is named and unique in its style and features. Very happy to see a king-size bed in a spacious room. The bathroom had 4 sections a shower, bath tub, usual toilet, and lo and behold a bidet. Morning were awesome as the sunlight streamed in and and a nice garden next to it. Breakfast was rich and healthy. Only wish there were some vegetarian cooked food. There is no need to add ham to every dish, but no complaints. The service was awesome. The coffee machine was fantastic. The breakfast itself was served in area which was charming.
The hotel opens out into a historic pathway in Old Prague. Service was good room was good and breakfast was good. Sleep quality was top notch and this would rank as my best hotel in Europe thus far. Some walking distance to the tram stop, but otherwise walkable to most of the places in old town.

A lovely hotel in a quiet area close to the castle/palace. From arrival check in, we were welcomed by Jan at night reception who took time to explain the surrounding area. We were lucky to be upgraded to the best suite(room 34) which was amazing! Huge suite with great facilities and everything spotless. Only very minor thing was that the heating in the suite was very warm. Great breakfast area, lovely fresh food and made to order breakfast plus buffet selection. Very nice coffee out the machine! Highly recommend this hotel, hopefully we will be back.

In July, we stayed in this beautiful hotel for 9 days. My husband was attending a puppet-making workshop while my daughter and I were sightseeing around this beautiful city. The Hotel is clean and accommodated. The hotel front desk, Jan, was so lovely. He gave us information and a city map, circling all the sights. Telling us the best money exchange place in the old town. Another front desk lady, Valida, helped us to a local store when my daughter wanted to get craft paper to make cards. They are so helpful and warm. The hotel provided an amazing breakfast as well. With tasty hot dishes (pancakes, waffles, eggs and bacon) and cold-cut meats with a variety of fruit, yogurt and pastry. It's a great way to start the day. We stayed at their junior suite on the 4th floor (as the picture shows on their profile) with a balcony, a room, and a living room. The balcony is so spacious; the room is very comfortable. Very clean and comfortable. The hotel's location is unbeatable: walking distance to the castle and old town, close to the tram (we took the tram to the zoo), and lots of delicious restaurants and beer halls around. It's only 5 minutes walk to Charles Bridge. We actually felt a bit sad when we had to leave. We felt the hotel had become our home in Prague.

This is a lovely hotel, we stayed here for 5 nights. The room was beautiful and spacious. We had a friendly warm welcome on arrival. The breakfast staff are polite and friendly. The only downfall for us was our room was next to the cleaners cupboard so unfortunately we were woken up at 7.30am each morning to the sounds of them banging, laughing and chatting outside our door. The receptionist when checking out wasnt friendly towards us at all. Its still a beautiful hotel and we would stay here again, most of the staff are very friendly and helpful, 1 tip would be to the cleaners to be mindful of sleeping guests.

Enjoyed 4 nights in this beautiful boutique hotel. Our room was tastefully decorated with plenty of space and bathroom with both bath and shower. It was clean and well maintained throughout our stay. The breakfast was extremely good with a choice of cooked options and a very good choice from the cold buffet section. The morning coffee here alone warrants a visit ! The staff here were faultless and a special word of thanks to Jan who moved our reservation on several occasions due to circumstances that cropped up. It was well worth the wait to visit this hotel, located in a lovely part of Prague close to castle complex and some wonderful gardens. Would highly recommend.

We got a taxi from the station but this was a big mistake and was ripped off.
Ask the hotel to either arrange for a taxi or get a number from them.
It will be about 1/3 of the price.
We have got public transport bevode which was fine you need to get tram and metro. we opted for Uber this time and cost 320czk (£12) and was much easier took about 25 mins.
There are more places to choose from in the Prague area.
