We booked this hotel on a family recommendation. On arrival we found that the double room we had booked didn’t have a double bed but two singles put together. We went to reception to ask for a room with a double bed as we had booked, to be told by a very unhelpful receptionist that that’s all they have all their rooms are adaptable to be two singles or as they call it suitable as a double with the two beds pushed together. This is not what I expect when booking a double room. This is miss selling and ripping people off. If you would like to be able to snuggle up with your partner then don’t book here. In fact just don’t book here their service is rubbish and they don’t care about their guests.

I was here nov 2918 I had to leave 6:30 AM they asked if I could have bf, 4 times they said yes. In the end no breakfast, no help, Tomas reception boy shouted “your problem”! Very rude, do not go here, there are much better hotels in Prague with polite staff. They didn’t even gave a cup of coffee

Recent short break with travel republic. Although you are not close to centre of old Prague, public transport is slick and easy to use - bus or metro to all the key areas. The tickets cover everything for under £4 per day and you can buy at hotel reception. Hotel is about 30mins away from old town, with comfortable clean rooms, good breakfast and very helpful staff. Would happily recommend.

Having never been to the Czech Republic we had no idea what to expect. This was our first and only stop in the country, unfortunately, but we loved it. The hotel is clean, well equipped, the staff is helpful and can speak good English (for we who cannot speak Czech) and the rooms are spacious and modern. With the bus service at the front door and trains only a few minutes walk away, and free parking in the grounds there is much less reason to stay closer into central Prague. The restaurant in the hotel is very good and the breakfast provided as part of the quite modest room charge is absolutely brilliant! As with everywhere we’ve been in Europe so far the coffee is the weak spot, but it is drinkable. Someone here as a fetishising with water wheels, but that is really a nice quirk. In the evenings the shell in the courtyard restaurant runs, and there are schematics and drawings of Walter wheels all through the other side of the restaurant where we had breakfast each morning. Great place to stay.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The room was nice and clean as we expected. Though we got 2 seperate beds instead of 1 large, which wasn't quite comfortable as well we didn't have hand and foot towels for the first night. When we were going to city centre, we took a tram and spent approx. 30 minutes in our way. Breakfast was ok.

Very good accommodation. Not so far to the center and with perfect rooms and excellent cucine. I use it very often for business travel but I suggest it also for private purpose and also only for the restaurant.
