We spent 3 nights at the Aria Hotel with our 4 children. We had booked 2 junior suites and the rooms where very large, with high ceilings, high quality beds and exceptionally quiet. But above all the hotel personel was very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast service was perfect too (my children rated it 5/5). I would recommend this hotel highly... More

The Aria is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to meet our needs, which included accommodating an unexpected wheelchair bound family member. Lots of restaurants and sight seeing within walking distance, and the concierge was very knowledgeable and gave us great recommendations. The music theme throughout the hotel's decor, from... More

This was a family vacation - two adults and two teenagers. We stayed at the Hotel for four nights and it was a wonderful experience. First of all, the location is unbeatable - close to all major sightseeing spots but at the same time it is on a side street which gives it quiet and privacy. The rooms were spacious... More

First of all the staff at Aria know how to make an excellent first impression. You are walked the halls, introduced to the key staff, showed the beautiful garden where you have private access... it has never happened to us before anywhere else. That great first impression never faded; the staff kept being friendly and useful for our entire stay.... More

Excellent stay at Aria Hotel. Came highly recommended by a local friend and it has lived up to the expectations. Superb location, but away from the crowded Old Town area. All sites ae within walking distance, buses stop just outside the hotel. 5-star to the staff, very friendly. The garden at the back of the hotel is splendid and is... More

We LOVED the Aria. We had a beautiful suite (the jazz room)-- huge and very cool. The restaurant was excellent and service was great. We liked the cinema room downstairs. We would definitely go back, perhaps in warmer weather!

After taking a river cruise in Russia, we stayed at the Aria for wonderful days. The location is great with good restaurants and major sites in walking distance. The continental breakfast is more like a full breakfast and comes with eggs to order. The staff is all friendly and speak Enlish fluently. The conciege, Ivana arranged for our airport transportion,restaurant... More

What a romantic place - private entrance to the Vrtba Garden, excellent view from the rooftop restaurant, music theme rooms (we stayed in the jazz room). But the best is the quality of the service - good organisation, willingness of the staff, all the little things which make your stay perfect.

Just came back from a 3day week-end at Aria (with family). Overall, the hotel managed to live up to the expectations set by the outstanding reviews on TA. We used the chauffeur service for our transfer from and to the airport. Everything went very smoothly, both drivers were perfectly on time and the first one was particularly nice. The room... More

We arrived from Seattle near the end of July and stayed at the Aria for 4 days. What a WONDERFUL hotel. We were traveling with our tween and teen kids and they LOVED the place. Truly, everything was exceptional. The front desk personnel speak nearly flawless English and paid attention to every detail...including e-mailing us a few days before our... More

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighborhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighborhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighborhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighborhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
