Hotel's Favorite
Just wanted to let everyone know, the ARIA Hotel is handling there support of their clients beautifully during this time. We are unsure of our travel plans currently and I reached out for options. They have been responsive, supportive and are giving us options that make the process less stressful and amazing. I haven't stepped foot in the hotel and know that if we are blessed enough to travel, it will be nothing short of amazing. The true measure of a hotel's service and quality is how they react in times of fear and uncertainty. Thank you to the staff at the ARIA for making all of this less complicated and I truly hope that we will be able to visit your hotel and lovely city later this summer. Much thanks for being compassionate. I will assure you other hotels on our itinerary have taken a much less client-friendly approach and I will ensure to let all travelers know.

We came here after staying at Pod Vezi just a 10 minute walk away. The place is spectacular. There are wonderful pieces of artwork throughout the hotel - the lounge and breakfast dining area; side nooks like the library and business center, in the hallways where the rooms are, just everywhere. The staff were fantastic - giving me some pointers on my beginner's Czech, recommendations for restaurants, extra amenities in the room, just first class service. Couldn't have been happier. There is a happy hour with small snacks and wine, as well as hot tea and coffee, which was a nice way to wind down after a day of touring the city. They arranged a car for our very early AM trip to the airport as well, sad as we were to leave. Highly recommended.

We had booked a few days in Prague as a birthday celebration months ago and even with the Corona virus outbreak decided to risk it. As the city gradually descended into lockdown, we grew increasingly worried about our situation as we were the last remaining guests in the hotel. This is when they stepped up and could not do enough to look after us. All the staff, from reception, the restaurant staff and the particularly excellent waiter/sommelier Dušan, were amazing. The rooms were immaculate and the food was excellent. We can particularly recommend the Czech cuisine in the Coda restaurant. I would strongly recommend this hotel and we will definitely go back. I think they are closed now due to Covid 19, but hopefully they will be back open again soon

Dear marshie65, thank you very much for your kind words and we are delighted you enjoyed your stay with us - you were indeed one of our last guests before the lockdown. It is indeed a very sad that we had to close the hotel and restaurant due to government regulations, however we do expect to be back on track from May 1st 2020 ! We made some upgrades in the meantime e.g. brand new floor on our Rooftop Terrace and we are thrilled to welcome our valuable guests very soon. Please follow us on FB @ariahotelprague and @codarestaurant for updates. Hope to be able to welcome you back again anytime soon so you can fully enjoy the Prague experience Kind regards Jiří Hlavatý General Manager

We arrived around 11.00am on 25th February at the Aria. Our room was ready, so after a quick check-in we didn't have any hanging around. Check in was -as usual- seamless as the hotel already had our details from previous visits, staff were very friendly and explained the usual things like breakfast times etc. Our room had been reserved following a request to the general manager, Jiri Hlavaty who, sadly, was not available to thank personally for making our reservation. The service, staff and general ambience of the hotel was the usual high quality. The only (slightly) downside to our visit, was the fact that due to the hotel being extremely quiet on the guest front, the usual amazing buffet breakfast was not available, however, we were advised that in the circumstances, all we had to do was ask & our requests would be accommodated. This little fact, did not spoil our stay. We also participated in the 'Battle of the Chefs' competition, between David Sasek (Coda Restaurant, Aria Hotel) and Pavel Sapik (terrace Restaurant, Golden Well hotel). What an experience it was too! Both Chefs are excellent and both menus we tasted were par-excellence. However, we did prefer one menu over the other, but it would be wrong to publish on an open forum like this, who we chose! Overall, another delightful stay in Prague, made even better by residing at the Aria!

Dear rsk03guitar, thank you so very much for your positive and honest feedback. I am truly sorry for not beeing able to welcome you personally. I am also very happy you enjoyed and participated in our new gourmet project Chef´s contest and you selected your winner :) I have tasted both menus and I can not make up my mind which is is better (obviously) :) We had to extend the Chef´s contest up until end of May to accommodate all guests due to government regulations. We truly hope to be able to welcome you back anytime soon - please do feel free to contact me directly for future reservations arrangements. Kind regards from Prague Jiří Hlavatý General Manager
