The staff was great, the Elvis suite completely wowed my husband and me. Everyone treated us as royalty. There was nothing we asked, that no one could do or help us with. Leaving Prague, and going to Salzburg, on my birthday, they gave me a very special cake and a bottle of wine. Thank you everyone at hotel Aria!

Nice quiet location, certainly within walking distance of important sights! VERY accommodating staff, lovely room, delicious breakfasts and excellent concierge service! Also, convenient to tram service. And beautiful gardens just outside the back door! Good wifi in the room.

Not on par with other first class hotels in Prague. Room was noisy, right over kitchen. Bed was too hard, pillows to soft. TV was difficult to operate, Apple TV, I own the stock but have a hard time using it, I suppose I'm old. Very warm down comforter on bed that was too warm for the weather. Room cost... More

From the minute we arrived at the Aria we felt like we had arrived at a wonderful home away from home. The staff are all very service oriented, with no request too big or too small; the hotel is beautiful with the atrium rooms light and cheery. The overall theme of the décor id music with each guest room devoted... More

It was a pleasure to stay in Aria. Very well situated a bit away from the tourist throng. Breakfasts were a highlight in a bright calm sunny room. Communal areas are very comfortable relaxing spaces. The film room is a perfect option for later in the year. Access to the garden is a bonus. Good wifi coverage a significant help.... More

We loved the Aria. The staff were incredible, we were upgraded to a suite (because of our Andrew Harper membership), and the room was well appointed and comfortable. The front desk staff were helpful, especially helping us get our bags to another hotel on our last morning as we started a group tour. Especially loved Klara (front desk) and Martin... More

Aria Hotel is located in Mala Strana, on the west side (or the castle side) of the Vltava river. We prefer this location over the east side of the river as we like the quieter atmosphere and the location is still very central to most of the sights we wanted to visit. It is about 16 minutes walk to the... More

After a busy day walking around beautiful Prague it is like coming home. Just love this hotel. Want to come back time after time.... More

Briefly, this is one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at. We travel often and value the experience of staying at a fine hotel. The Aria did not disappoint in any way. Every area of value was exceeded- service, comfort, food, and the way the hotel was decorated. We enjoyed an outstanding dinner at their restaurant Coda.... More

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighborhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighborhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighborhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighborhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
