Nové Město (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.

Just back from a four day visit to Prague. Couldn't have picked a better hotel. In a nice quiet street yet very central, and easy to get around. Room was a good size and very comfortable and the staff were really friendly and helpful. There was a good choice for breakfast and plenty of it. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Me and my boyfriend went here in August for a city break, we absolutely loved staying here. Couldn't recommend a nicer hotel to stay in Prague, easy to get to from airport (bus then underground metro). The hotel is about a 15 minute walk away to a lot of the main places/attractions, but so worth it. It is so clean and the staff were so friendly, the men in particular were friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Nice people. There is also an amazing bar literally next door/across the road, El Matejco. The breakfast was ok, mainly just to have a brew in the morning but otherwise a nice snack bar for a cuppa. Thank you for an amazing stay, would definitely book to stay here again!

My partner and I stayed here for our 4 night stay in Prague. It is pretty basic there is no kettle or tea/coffee facilities in the room (either that or it was just missing from the room we had). Room service never replaced the two glasses for water daily, so we had the same two for the whole stay. There were some scuffs and dirty marks on the walls but overall the room was clean, as was the bedding and the bathroom. The bed was comfy and the staff working here were all very nice. The rooms are not air conditioned and it did get very warm, a fan was provided and we used that whilst having the windows wide open. The breakfast buffet was ok, basic but nice. The hotel is in a good location, it's quite central being a 20min walk away from most things which is good. We booked using Expedia and were emailed to say the city tax had been included in the price but at the hotel we were asked to pay it. We did pay but when I questioned it the receptionist didn't seem to understand what I meant. I showed her the email but she said don't worry you won't be charged by Expedia. I was trying to explain technically yes we have now paid twice. I just left it and will now email Expedia so just look out for that.

First of all the hotel is spotless. It really is worth commenting on. Location is okay except for the noise from bars across the street. As there is no air conditioning windows were open and a good night's sleep was ruined all too often. That is a real shame as the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was nothing great for me. Could do with a rethink. Location was okay for all the major sites. Probably a 20 to 30 walk, perhaps quicker without the crowds.
