Our room is quite spacious, clean and modern. The plus side is overlooking the garden which is beautiful. There is no tea/coffee making facilities in our room, but all we had to do is asked and they will bring the tea to your room free of charge. No problem whatsoever and that's what you call a service. The location is...

We stayed at this hotel in May for 4 nights and could not have been happier with our choice. The hotel is located just a short distance from Wenceslas Square and from tram stops that will take you to further locations such as the Castle Quarter. The hotel and the rooms were spotless, the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff...

I read good review about Hotel 16 and booked the hotel. The reality is better than I expected. The staff are so nice, polite and proper, very professional and helpful. The breakfast is lovely, lots of fruit, freshly made egg, tea and coffee. They offered my umbrella when it rained 4 days straight, they gave very good advice and directions....

I stayed at the Hotel 16 for 4 nights with my son last December (OK, so I'm a little disorganized--now planning my next trip). This is the best hotel I have stayed at in 5 trips to Europe (about 45 hotels/Inns). If you factor in price, it is an even more compelling deal. Finally, include the pleasant and personal help...

We arrived on a wet Sunday evening and were impressed by the help and friendliness right away. The hotel is spotless and, as promised, we had a quiet room, which was snug and well furnished. The decor was welcoming and warm. The breakfast was good, with a choice of hot food (omelette or scrambled or fried eggs) and cold cheeses,...

Having stayed at many international hotels, this would be the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were all attentive and offered personal service at every opportunity. The advise recieved for our tour of Prague was"spot on" and made our walking tour the best it could be. The breakfast bar was a pleasure with fresh and tasty product....

For the past three nights we've enjoyed a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel. It's tucked away in a quieter area, just a short walk from the hub of Old Town. Spacious 2 room suites, fabulous buffet breakfast spread and impeccable service. Highly recommend it!!!

I got lucky and snagged a room just two nights before I was visiting Prague for work in mid-May, a high period in Prague I was told. Even if it was high period, I did not feel it at Hotel 16. I arrived at midnight because of a late plane and the personal at the door was friendly and helpful,...
