great staff, wonderful breakfast, outstanding location for everything in Prague. the staff couldn't help us enough. Charle bridge is only 4 minutes walk away, restaurants in the courtyard outside, 3 mins walk to the famous click and old square.. just awesome.. only drawbacks are very small rooms and showers over a high bath.. tricky for bad knees... but that was... We stayed in this lovely hotel on our first trip to Prague and what a good choice as it was so full of character just like the rest of old town Prague. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. As I was by myself they gave me the most delightful room at the top of the hotel.... More

My husband and I were bought this trip as a Christmas gift. We have always wanted to visit Prague and we were not disappointed. The place is amazing and the Hotel excellent. To be fair, the lift is extremely small so, if you are 'larger than life' two of you with suitcases could find it a bit of a squeeze.... More

Hotel Clementin was the best! Little gem in the heart of the old town. Staff were amazing, friendly and attended to all our needs. We were late checking out (slept in) and they didn't even mind. The Clementin cafe outside of the hotel was awesome too. We made good friends with the bartenders and they looked after us. If you... More

Really good choice for staying in Prague - the location is great, near to Old Town, near to Charles bridge and Prague Castle, the hotel is small, but beautiful, the staff is nice and the price is really "user friendly" with respect to the location! I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to see the Old Town and the... More

Everything we wanted in our short stay in Prague. Very central and especially close to Charles bridge. Room was a decent size and it was in great condition. Service was great and very helpful. It's a 20 min walk from central station. Breakfast was great with a small selection of hot food. Cute little hotel tucked away in a peaceful... More

Great little hotel perfectly located in the old town. Most sights within walking distance! The staff at the hotel are eager to please and will try their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They provide a wonderful breakfast buffet, small but a good selection. The two things preventing us from giving this hotel a 5 star rating... More

We highly recommend it. Water pressure was good. Out AC didn't work but they gave us a fan and we opened he windows which was ok. They also told us... More

This hotel is apparently the smallest hotel in Prague having only 9 rooms. However it was very well placed and our room faced inwards which meant it was lovely and quiet and had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was a nice mixture of hot and cold choices (although a new toaster would be in order!) but the dining room was... More

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The building of the Hotel Clementin inherently belongs to Prague history, where the first mention dates back to 1360. Rarity is the minimum width of the house (3.28 m), making it the narrowest preserved house in Prague. Take the advantage of the ideal hotel location on the medieval Royal route, connecting the most beautiful places in Prague - Old Town Square, Charles Bridge and Prague Castle for many centuries.
