I arrived at hotel with a FULLY PREPAID HOTEL VOUCHER only to be told there was no room for me.To add insult to injury, the manner of the receptionist was unhelpful, confrontational and most unwelcoming. He made no real attempt to apologise for what happened and was primarily concerned with laying the blame on the booking company. When I asked for written confirmation that...

The hotel was located very centrally, close to the old town plus near a metro station and tram stop. Breakfast was a bonus in the morning and was more than adequate. Tea and coffee in the rooms and rooms of a decent size. Any faults....fans in the rooms didn't do a great job which meant the rooms were very hot...

Good location. Great value of money. Dirty, poor breakfast. It's not a 4 star hotel.

The service at this hotel was fantastic. There was always someone available at the reception to help you and they were always friendly. The room was kept clean and there is everything you need there. However, for a 4* hotel, the room did seem a bit 'tired' and could do with a re-vamp. The breakfast was tasty however it didn't...

My wife and I toured around Europe for a couple of months and were due to fly home on our wedding anniversary. We decided to extend our trip and include Prague so we celebrated our anniversary in Prague. We chose this hotel from the internet as it seemed to be in a reasonable location and the price was reasonable. On...

A large , spotlessly clean room which could easily be converted to self contained. The hotel has a tram service in front but we found it an easy walk to the old city and shopping. We arrived early from Budapest and had requested storage of our luggage on arrival but the extremely obliging manager said our room was available and...

It is well located, near the Metro and Trans. The center is just ten minutes walking. The double room is spacious and comfortable. The staff are courteous and provide any information. We love and recommend.

Friendly staff on the reception, we arrived early and were allowed into our room 2 hours before we were due to, but they would have locked our bags away if the room hadn't been ready! The metro is very easy to navigate, which is close to the hotel, the tram system is close by too. We were a little scared...

A quiet and nice hotel. Big nice rooms and good service and kind people whom talked English quite well. The breakfast was okay but could have been better for a 4 star hotell. The only bad thing for me was smoking in the restaurant. And my fiancee missed a room to sit down and have a drink, outside the restaurant....
