It's Kafka's hotel - how can you not love it :) Such a beautiful hotel, at most convenient location with excellent room and great breakfast! It summarizes our comfortable stay in Prague! I loved the décor in lobby - the books, Kafka's signature.. There was a great spread in breakfast with multiple options in everything - juices, cereals, meat, bread, fruits ! Highly recommended hotel.

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights over Valentines weekend and both thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check in was quick and easy, and I was even given a rose for Valentine’s Day, which was a very thoughtful touch! Location for sightseeing, restaurants and bars was perfect, we were writhing walking distance of everything we needed. There is also a shopping centre with a food court just a few doors down the street. All of the staff we encountered during our stay were friendly and helpful, and offered to book restaurants and taxis for us. The bed is the most comfortable I think I have ever slept in! Breakfast is slightly limited, which is probably not helped by the fact it isn’t refilled very quickly, and that is the only thing stopping me giving 5 stars. If we were to visit Prague again I’m sure we would choose this hotel.

This was our second stay at this hotel and it was just as good as the first time. The location truely can’t be beat. It is close to train lines, tram stops and the center of Old Town. There is a shopping center next door with a very good food court which is open relatively late.
Check in was seamless and quick, like our first time. We were originally given an upgraded room with a bit more space, however the window above the bed did not remain closed and the cold draft during the night became problematic. I’m sure in summer, this might have been quite nice (maybe) but winter was too cold for our liking. Housekeeping came and attempted to amend the problem, however to no avail, so a new room was allocated to us immediately. I felt the way this was handled was superb and definitely with guest satisfaction in mind.
The room we had this time was much larger than our first visit in 2019. This room gave us much more space for two large suitcases and shopping. The bathroom was nicely appointed with a good shower, and plush towels.
Breakfast was just as delicious as the first round - with a nice fresh spread of breads, fruits, cheeses, and meats available. I was slightly disappointed that there were no berries on offer at breakfast, but this was definitely not a dealbreaker.
The staff working here were all very pleasant and professional. Every interaction we had with them was positive and genuine, and even through some language barriers our requests were always met. We will definitely stay at this hotel again if we’re back in Prague.

Staff bith at the reception and in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are charming and the location in the centre of things is convenient. The hotel has a true boutique character. In the face of this a few things should be improved: on the ground floor, the men's toilet door is at times so hard to open it seems locked. The hidden handles on the closets in the rooms are sharp metal profiles that can easily hurt your hands (happened to both my wife and me). The shampoo and conditioner bottles have tiny lettering and they cannot be opened when wet. One has to step out of the shower, dry ones hands, and then open the bottle cap. These things are out of place in what can easily be a stunningly great experience.

Stayed here three nights around Christmas. The service was excellent. The room was a little cozy but very well appointed. I particularly appreciated the little details like an umbrella, lavender scented spray for relaxation, and extra tea service. The building itself is beautiful and well located on a tram line and about a block from the Metro station. I would be careful about getting a room that overlooks the street if you are sensitive to noise. Late at night, I could kinda hear the tram, even though my room overlooked the courtyard.

The hotel is located just few steps from the Palladium shopping mall few steps from namesti Republiky. Unless you want to be on the pedestrian zone, this is the best location to explore Prague (I lived in Prague years ago). There is a plenty of hotels in the neighborhood: Hilton, Marriott, Ibis and couple with local ownership. The hotel share a tiny garage with Ibis (25eur/night) but beware if you drive a SUV. I stayed in a Superior room 007. The room was small. I mean small. It has all amenities and small patio, though. The bed was excellent (too soft, some may say, but I love it). The breakfast was superb so was the staff. Just the "fresh" juice did not convinced me. The hotel bar was reasonably priced ( beer 2 euro, cocktails 3-5, coffee 2 euro) Without any doubts I received good value for my money (65 Euro incl. breakfast). As long as you do not need to work in your room (or put somewhere your cloths) there is no reason not to pick this hotel.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was quite small, modern, comfortable and very clean. We slept very well in the fluffy, cloud like beds. The bathroom was compact and again very clean and well stocked with extras. The hotel use one of my favourite toiletries, The White Company, in Noir, so we also smelt fabulous. It was slightly showery when we arrived and there was an umbrella with a note sitting in our room. Very thoughtful. Loved the decor and colours used in the corridors and rooms. I found the hotel very quiet at night and early morning which is a real plus for a large, busy city centre hotel as guests are usually inconsiderate when arriving/departing. We used the restaurant for breakfast just one morning, was sufficient enough with the usual choice of eggs, hot and cold fare and lots of lovely fresh fruit. Staff didn't really take any interest in any of the guests that I saw. Visited The Hedgehog bar one evening. It's quite small and intimate with an ok selection of drinks and wine. Had an enjoyable, relaxing few hours. The hotel is a 10 minute stroll at the most, from the old square and astronomical clock. There is a tram stop right outside the hotel and station a few minutes away. There are numerous restaurants, cafes and bars as you would expect being right in the city centre right on the hotels doorstep and also the large shopping mall, The Palladium, next door. Great place to spend an hour if the weather is bad. Took us approx 25 mins using a private car to transfer to and from the airport.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel to tour the city. This was the best hotel of our entire two week vacation! Location: it is within walking distance of one of the major train stations and the sites of old town. Rooms: Our room was comfortable. While the shower was small, the bathroom was well appointed and well designed. We found the room and bathroom to work well for two people using the room for multiple days. We had pleasant, quiet nights sleep. The breakfast and bar were very nice. The hotel had a very elegant feel with large elevators, huge sweeping stair cases and a big open lobby. The staff was top notch! They spoke English which was a help for us. They made us restaurant reservations, provided us directions to attractions and arranged for a car service for us at check out. We highly recommend this hotel!

Considering this is supposed to be the best Accor hotel in Prague, we had quite high hopes, unfortunately our expectations were not met. The staff was mostly aloof and rude, with rare exceptions. Mistakes were made considering both the number of the guests and our status as Accor club members. The room, although elegant and spacious, was filled with dust, and for the 3 nights the cleaning service did nothing except of making a bed and hanging the towels straight. The breakfast options were more limited then in 3-star Ibis, and the chef so slow that it was basically impossible to order anything without waiting 15 minutes in line. I am a regular of Accor chain, who spent more than 60 days in their 3, 4 and 5 star hotels last year, and this was by far my worst experience with them. Despite good location and beautiful interiors, I can hardly recommend it to anyone.

Well located in Prague city center, professional staff, room as expected. Good bed, bathroom adapted. A bit more light could be good and a real office table and chair could be welcomed as well. Lavatory water was only cold. Fixed after my infirmation to lobby. Breakfast was very good, large and variate Room service menu should be enlarged and with real dishes, not only bagels or club sandwiches. But food was fresh Taxi service to go back to airport was perfect and professional 374e 2 hotel nights+breakfast+1 room service lunch+taxi, quite good price

it shouldn't be that much. i took a car from the airport to the hotel and it came in around 30 euro. the train station is much closer.
