Very satisfied with our stay at the hotel. The prices are reasonable but the service is amazing! The room was very clean and well looked after during our stay. We appreciated the little "presents" left on the table, one different every day. The staff was wonderful, very friendly and very accomodating, always willing to help. We appreciated the tips about the town (we saved a lot of money on visits thanks to them). The location is brilliant, we could do everything on foot. We haven't seen everything in Prague so we will come back and book the same hotel! We definitely recommend it, do not hesitate.

If you are looking for a charming, traditional hotel with an excellent location and wonderful staff, then you need not look any further. I stayed in a large corner room which was quiet and well appointed. It had a separate sitting area that had a pull out couch. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a separate shower and bath. A lovely bathrobe and slippers are included with the room. The rooftop terrace was the perfect place to take my book and glass of wine. Every evening I returned to a lovely surprise; from chocolates to sparkling wine. The Nespresso machine was much appreciated as was the fantastic buffet breakfast. It even included healthy options like smoothies, yogurt and granola and vegetable salad! The staff go out of their way to look after you. I would stay here again and I highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

The hotel is located literally at the foot of Karl's Bridge; it's name is derived from it. So, you cannot have a better location for walking the Old Town. Perfectly kept property with every charming detail Prague offers. Comfort, class and care oozes, yet all is stylish. The best in this place is the staff. I want to adopt them as family. They cared for us better than you'd expect from most family members. I had a dental emergency, but thanks to three day worries and all the calls hotel staff made - to get me first emergency doctor, than pharmacy help, and eventually a specialist I needed - my tooth problem was all but an insignificant buzz on the background of an enjoyable stay at Prague. My daughter and I had separate sweets; we had some separate preferences of what to visit. The staff gave us both recommendations and assistance we needed. We ate at hotel's restaurant for dinner. It was the best meal we had in a week. Breakfast buffets were elegant, plentiful and classy. Everyone working at this hotel had smiles and curtesy of a first-rate establishment, with added benefit that here it was genuine. Simply wonderful place and a terrific experience. THANK YOU ALL at Pod Vezi!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. We had a standard room in the annex but it was roomy and had a good size bathroom with a very nice shower. The bed was very comfortable. There was a little noise outside but this could be eliminated by shutting the window and putting on the air conditioning. The location was absolutely perfect for a short break, literally right next to Charles Bridge. In fact “Pod Vezi” in Czech apparently means “Under the tower” which is the tower at the end of the bridge. You can climb the tower for free if you collect a token from reception and it gives excellent views. Service on reception is friendly and efficient. Breakfasts are very good and we ate in the restaurant one night and had a very good meal. Hotel residents are given a 10% discount. Each day a little gift was left in the room, either biscuits or a bottle of sparkling wine and this was a nice touch. Altogether I can’t imagine there’s a better place to stay in Prague, certainly bearing in mind the very reasonable rates.

Honestly, amazing. The staff are so helpful with local suggestions and transport tickets. The daily gifts, lovely touch. The location honestly could not be more ideal. Close to everything but rooms are quiet. No street noise at all when windows closed and even open it’s not noisy. Driver the hotel got for us was cost effective and a great guide on the way. (Ask for Mila) Rooms are fab and I’d guess bigger than most in Prague. We stayed in the annex building and it was beautiful. Oh and the restaurant onsite is good too if you don’t want to go far. The Prosecco with Sunday’s breakfast was also a winner for me ;) Little touches that equal a perfect stay.
