Really kind workers, modern and clean accomandation. Location near by bridges so in night, there is a beautiful atmosphere. ☺️ Free parking in underground garage 😍 Breakfast is delicious, you can choose from many options. I would like to be here for longer time, so maybe next time 🤩
We enjoyed our stay very much. It is located in a quiet area, only 3 minutes away from a tram station. our room was very clean and the food was good. Staff were all very friendly and courteous. The price was amazing, we even got free parking, which was very nice. We will definitely come again! Love from Germany - Monika & Rebecca
The room was clean, the breakfast was nice but customer service was lacking, we got into our room and we read the manual provided which said all suites get complimentary tea and coffee which we didn't have, so my partner asked the front desk we were told no we weren't aloud and were just given a kettle and when we asked if they had tea bags we could buy we were told no, we also asked on a couple of occasions for tickets to various sites as the book also said that they were available at the desk, we were told no, also the bar was ment to close at 12 we went in at half 11 when we got back from a long day out to ask for drink and were told no it was closed, so not the best experience over all for us
This was our third time here. It has all year been our go to place and we used to like it a lot. I love the staff in the bar/kitchen. They are awesome. This third time our stay got ruined though. We were on the 4th floor with a lot of young Swedish men. They were making a lot of noise in the halls until after midnight all three days. The hotel have quiet hours from 22 to 07. I told them myself to keep it down, but it didn’t help. I then called the reception, where this very rude long haired guy cut me off and sounded very very annoyed two days in a row. The third day he hung up on us as we called to complain about the noise. He had an attitude after the first night. Very very bad service. It’s a shame, because this used to be a place we were looking forward to come to and we used to recommend this to others.…
We stayed here for a couple of nights prior to a cycling tour, so secure bike storage and easy access to the riverside path were the key points. But it was surprisingly easy to access the city centre using Prague's brilliant tram and metro system so, although it might look a bit out of the way for a city break, it would work for that too. Not that there's much to see in the immediate vicinity, so you do need to make use of the public transport. However, perfectly reasonable rooms, decent breakfast and a useful late bar for that final drink after an evening out make the Expo worth considering.
