The rooms were very basic and poor and so was the food. The staff were very friendly and the entrance was very very nice. It is in the middle of nowhere and it is not that close to Prague city centre.

The hotel still has a bit of east-block charm. The rooms are spacious and the beds are pretty good. Huge bathroom with corner tub and a separate WC shower combo. The shower features only a curtain and a fixed rather low position for the shower head 😖. Being 2m tall, that's some sort of a problem. The breakfast is very...

The room and bed I had, I can only be described as enormous, I think any positive comments end here. When rooms were cleaned, they were clean. The property is dated and the idea of having eight places to eat but none are open is very odd. The food is below par.. But what is striking is the bad attitude...

The hotel is okay, nothing special. No one speaks English so i had a problem with understanding them. Food was amazing and really tasty. My room was fine, it was clean and warm. Only 1 out of 4 electrical outlets worked. Bathroom was fine too, it took them 3 days to replace the towels, but everything else was fine. I...

Don't be fooled by the pictures. This hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars. Staff was extremely rude and unhelpful, rooms were dirty, cold and old, there was no hot water for two nights in a row, and they didn't care enough to do anything about it. Food was ok, but not good enough. One evening we couldn't make it to dinner...

The reception staff in main reception and so called "security" - horrible!!! Being in this hotel, especially in old part (Easy Star) be careful, they will probably do everything to swindle extra money from You (strange regulations and caution). If You are with the group of children, you must sign two A4 sheet of papers of stupid rules, which are...

The rooms given to us for a short stay at the Hotel had 5 beds across 2 rooms and one bathroom. The rooms were very spacious but a little unweildy as one tends to get lost inside the room. The Hotel would have done better to have one large room. Otherwise stay was comfortable and good food.

There for a conference. Big, communist-era conference/budget tourist group hotel. Definitely not a 4 star hotel! I was in an 'executive suite', in the executive block. Huge room, comedy and random furnishing. Breakfast offering very basic. Staff slow (it took me 20 minutes to check in). Won't be going back in a hurry!
