I was with my family. We had two rooms. Very cozy. Hotel in the very center of Prague. Note - I left my jacket. I was met with a great commitment to send back to my country. Again, thank you very much, recommend the hotel and service. Helena, thank you for finding my jacket.

Visited last week & will defiantly return. Hotel is central to all main tourists spots but tucked in a quiet corner so that it is really peaceful inside. Rooms are all spotless & bed was sooo comfortable. Breakfast room is unusual- the photo doesn’t do it justice. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough .

What is not to love about a place that offers you beer or prosecco while you're checking in, then tells you there is beer and prosecco available at breakfast! We had a 2 bedroom apartment for 2 couples which was perfectly adequate. Bathroom was great, and breakfast is literally perfect with enough choice for everyone (and a very popular coffee machine!!) The location is brilliant, we could see the palace building from our room. What a find!

Great location of the hotel, very good and big rooms. We were in a family trip, four people- a lot of space for the children and for us. We've get two bathrooms and bedrooms. A room was very clean. Good and tasty breakfast. We have chosen this hotel because of it's location, and a positive reviews, all of this is true. It was a good idea to order a transfer to the airport from the hotel, it came in time, and it was very comfortable, especially because we were with kids. We are sure that we will come back to this hotel again!!!

Very enjoyable stay. We found the location in Lesser Town to be ideal. It was maybe a 10 minute walk to the Charles Bridge and about the same to the nearest Metro stop. This was a renovated historical property - lots of character and lots of comfort. The only possible compromise was the lack of an elevator (not a big deal for me but it may be for someone else). Amenities included a small atrium courtyard and a great breakfast room in the basement. The breakfast buffet was extensive and enjoyable. For me, the most outstanding aspect of the hotel was the staff. Everyone we met and interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They made our stay memorable. There is no question that we will stay here the next time we get to Prague. Note that the hotel arranged the transfer from the airport, and it went very smoothly. There is also a sister hotel less than 100 meters away - Three Storks. As there was a staffing issue, the Three Storks front desk was utilized for our hotel as well. Given the attitude and competency of the staff, this worked out just fine and maybe even provided some additional value as there was a full-service bar and restaurant at Three Storks.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a great location. The room was spacious and kept very clean. Towels changed and bed remade every day. Safe available to keep valuables in also. We checked in in the early hours of the morning and the man on reception couldn’t have been more cheerful and helped carry our bags up to the room. Hotel within walking distance from most attractions and landmarks. Also very close to tram stops for less walkable activities. The hotel gave the option to book taxis to and from the hotel: however, we didn’t use this service. We booked as a bed and breakfast. Food was great, continually replenished and cooked to perfection. While there were fruit, cereal, pastry, and hot food options, the choice of food was slightly limited and the same each morning. Overall a brilliant stay and would definitely visit this hotel again.

Overall such a great hotel in such a great location. Easy walk to Charles Bridge (5 min), Prague Castle (7 min), Astronomical Clock (15 min) etc. Everything was spotlessly clean and the rooms were very modern and stylish while preserving some historic elements of the old building. The breakfast was a basic self serve buffet but pretty good - meats, cheese, some warm options (eggs, bacon, potato hash browns), coffee, lots of fruit with decent variety. Some tips for in room improvement: free water (not for a fee from the mini bar) in the room would be considered a standard, especially across all European cities I’ve visited. Also real in room coffee would be nice instead of instant, but by no means a deal breaker. Finally, at check in we received a free alcoholic or non alcoholic welcome beverage of our choice which was really nice. One small issue: although trying to be informative the woman who checked us in was a bit pushy about booking tours (ie, walking tour, medieval dinner experience, boat tour), telling us repeatedly we had only about 45 minutes to decide if we wanted to go before she wasn’t able to help us book. I appreciate the information but just a bit tough to make a decision while I have all my bags from the airport and haven’t had a chance to get settled yet.

We booked a deluxe quad and the accommodation was perfect. The room was clean and up to date. The breakfast and complimentary wine were appreciated. As others have mentioned check-in and luggage storage is at 3 Storks. I'm sad to have to do it, but we found Helena at the reception to be rude and pushy. David was really helpful. I don't recommend having the front desk call you a taxi. We waited 40 minutes for it to arrive and our travel companion that left a few hours earlier had the same experience. There is a taxi rank a block south of the hotel by Starbucks.

My sister and I stayed at Hotel Waldstein in a family room for three nights. This was my third visit to Prague and this was definitely the best hotel out of my three visits. It is a beautiful old building which has been restored and renovated with a modern twist. the reception is in the Three Storks Hotel which is just around the corner and when we checked in it was a most pleasant experience. We were offered a welcome drink and made to feel very comfortable. Helena who was on reception was a lovely lady. Very friendly and helpful and gave us all the information we required. Her colleague (unfortunately I can't remember his name) helped us with our cases round to the Hotel Waldstein which is in a lovely cobbled courtyard. Our family room was on the first floor and had beautiful vaulted ceilings. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The hotel is so quiet and peaceful yet only about a 10 minute walk from Charles Bridge. The price of our stay included breakfast which was buffet style and the breakfast room was in the cellar of the building. It was just magical, so full of character. It was spotlessly clean and the choice was very good. The lady in charge was lovely and very attentive. I would highly recommend staying at Hotel Waldstein for the location of the hotel, the staff were fabulous, the hotel was quite unique and the breakfast was lovely. On the morning we were leaving we had an early departure so Helena organised for us to get breakfast boxes which were great.
