Great hotel with quirky rooms in a good location. The hotel is just a short walk from the main attractions of the town, it was much quieter and less busy this side of town. Room was clean and spacious, only a couple of complaints, towels a little bit tatty around the edges and there was no facility to make tea/coffee... More

We really loved staying at this hotel which is styled on the 50s, 60s and 70s. Everywhere you looked there was another little detail to notice. Aside from that, the staff were lovely and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and the location was great - a short walk from Charles Bridge. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Booked this hotel after seeing great reviews on Trip Advisor and was not disappointed. On arrival we were given a free upgrade to a suite which was superb. The staff were very helpful and always on hand to assist. The hotel is located a 5-10 minute walk from the main tourist attractions. There are numerous restaurants and bars on the... More

Overall fantastic experience. - Hotel design: excellently decorated in '60s style. Many nice pieces all around the hotel, both in the lobby and in the rooms, but never too "heavy". - Position: walking distance from the city centre (old town) and main attractions. - Room: we got a deluxe room, which was quite big, very clean and comfy. Besides the... More

What a great hotel!!! The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfy and the decor very funky. There was a great variety of food for breakfast which changed every morning. The location was very convenient, right under the castle with charles bridge 5 minutes away. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

If you want to be slightly away from the madding tourist crowds, but still a 5 min walk to Charles Bridge, and a 10 minute walk to the castle, then this hotel has it all. On a very quiet street just below the castle and between the castle and Petrin Tower. I was upgraded from a single to a super... More

Fantastic hotel in a lovely part of Prague. Amazing decor, superb service and the breakfast starts the day off brilliantly! If you have an interest in 60's/70's design then this is a must visit destination. If you are feeling like splashing out the top floor rooms have amazing views over Prague. The only place to stay in Prague in my... More

Can hardly offer enough praise. This is a gorgeous boutique hotel so well situated that we walked everywhere in our 4 days in Prague. It's in a quiet picturesque street . Its style is retro; it is white, bright and spacious. Our room was big with high ceilings. The breakfasts were marvellous. The staff couldn't help us enough. Try it!

I chose this hotel for its location and I am glad that I picked this one. The hotel is in a quiet location away from the main areas but only a short walk across the Karl bridge. The rooms are 70'sand very funky along with the breakfast room and meeting room. I had no problems with the wifi but heard... More

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighborhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighborhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighborhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighborhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
