Our stay at the Comfort Hotel was great. The check-in and check-out procedures were fast and smooth. The staff was polite and ready to help. There was a small problem with the smell in our room and they immediately changed it, without any extra charge. After the check-out, we could leave the luggage in a dedicated space, so we could enjoy the city a little bit before heading to the airport. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to a metro station on the green line (to the city centre) and a tram station right in front of the hotel. In 20 minutes, you can reach the old town of Prague by public transportation. There was nothing we didn't like about our stay at the hotel. Maybe just an adjustment on the breakfast menu. The breakfast was tasty, with a variety of options, but the dishes could be changed every few days.

Comfort hotel is located in a peaceful location in the City of Prague. They have limited parking space & in case like us if you want to drive down to check in this hotel please make sure to make an advance reservation of the car parking place. This hotel doesn’t have any in-house restaurant & excepting the buffet breakfast in the morning between 7am & 10am there is no other arrangement of food although there are some restaurants near by. Surprisingly there is no electric kettle or any arrangement of tea / coffee / milk / sugar in the rooms. All rooms are non smoking & there is no designated smoking zone except one open air seating arrangements besides the buffet breakfast hall. But the cleaning & hygiene is maintained nicely.

This hotel was quite good for a 3 star. We arrived early in the morning but we were able to check in and the staff were lovely. It was modern, clean and comfortable. The room was big with a huge window which gave lots of natural light. There was hand wash and shower gel to use and recycling bins for paper, plastic and general waste which was a nice touch. There is a hairdryer which is attached to the wall, it isn't the most powerful and has a shot wire but it was fine for me. The bed was soooooooo comfortable!! The mattress and pillows were great and I never say that about hotels. The location isn't amazing. It's about half hour to the city centre but that didn't bother us too much. There is a tram stop directly outside and a metro stop 10 mins away. We used both daily.
Now for the not so great parts! The hotel room was hot and there was no air con. We had the window opened but then it was a bit too loud on the street if you left it open. There are no tea or coffee facilities in the room which is fine but it would have been nice to have this. The rooms are not cleaned daily which I haven't experienced before. They only clean he room on the third day. You can request extra towels though. Breakfast was awful! I find it strange that breakfast can be so bad as there was choice but it wasn't nice at all. The boiled egg was the nicest part, even the bread wasn't great. The coffee was awful. We actually only ate breakfast in the hotel one out of the three nights we were there because of this.

The hotel is a little outside the center (Prague 10), but quiet and the metro is just around the corner. Everything is very clean, modern, extremely friendly staff. It gives you a warm feeling when you are greeted with a smile...🙂. The rooms are big enough, modern bathroom. TV with smartphone connection. Very nice beds, wonderful sleep - even if you only lie in Prague for a few hours at night. There is just too much to experience...😁.
The breakfast is an experience - everything your heart desires, really everything. And delicious! Uncomplicated online check-in and check-out. Sustainability is important - as a standard, the rooms are only cleaned and towels changed after the third night. If you wish, they can be cleaned earlier, but we didn't need them. Room cards made of bamboo.
So what can you say? Our first address for Prague in the future! 🤗 Thank you for the lovely stay!
Minus? You have to think about it and still can't find anything. Maybe you can: the hustle and bustle at breakfast can be annoying. But you can avoid it if you get up a little earlier...☺️. Otherwise: NOTHING!

This hotel is perfect for a short break. The rooms are pop art themed and very nice! It is situated in an area called Prague 10 (east of the city obviously lol) location wise, it is about a 10-15 tram journey into the centre of Prague (Prague 1) and is surrounded by many different convenient shops and restaurants. Hotel staff are lovely and are very informative. Breakfast is standard- cereals, sausage, beans etc. They have a games room which is fairly big with a ping pong table and bean bags which was really fun. Shout out to kitchen chef Martin for being a fabulous companion. Would definitely recommend!

The decor is quite modern. Elevator travel is a matter of luck, room card is very difficult to recognize. Do you have to order room service? Parking situation is a disaster. The beds are completely sagged, you kind of fall into a hole. Not recommended with back problems. The hotel is designed for mass, every day at least 3 - 6 buses with Asian tourists, so no relaxed breakfast possible. Daily fight for a table. So also very loud on the aisles. Fixed booked prices are ignored. Advance payment of the total price, invoice only at check out.

Very nice room, fab breakfast, tram stop nearby to visit Prague. The air conditioning ensured a good night's sleep in a sweltering period. €15 for an open-air parking space is quite expensive.

modernly decorated hotel located on the outskirts of the city with comfortable and spacious rooms. The great advantage of this hotel is the tram station literally in front of the entrance and the metro station a 5 minute walk, which takes you directly to the city center. the excellent choice of food at breakfast increases the rating of this hotel. the staff is pleasant and welcoming but a little resourceful in a slightly larger crowd.

The hotel is great. The rooms modern furnishings. Everything is very clean. The fitness area was little frequented which benefited us. At breakfast there was really everything you could wish for. Fruit ,vegetables, cereal, sausage, cheese, and and and and. Very funny we found the cat robot that removed dirty dishes. We had our little dog with us, and it was no problem. The location we found good, and relatively quiet. One is relatively quick by tram in the city. We will be back 😊

Repeat visit, for a conference. Basic room, eg no tea/coffee or fridge. Good bed. Option not to have daily housekeeping. Decent choice for breakfast, and good quality. Pretty easy for public transport with tram very close, and subway (A) about 10 minutes walk. Would stay again.
