Room was not bad, but the bath is very small. The best possible location in the city - not more than 200 meters from the Karl's bridge on the river side.Breakfast - good - reach and good. In front of the hotel there is small quiet square with restaurants

Spent 3 nights here with friends. Short walk across the bridge to the Old Town with loads of restaurants and bars. The staff were all friendly and our room was massive with a great view of the river. Air-con in the room and mini-bar. Safe requires a €20 refundable deposit for the key. Free wifi throughout hotel. Location sells this... More

Wonderful location, excellent staff, could not be better. A joy to stay here, full of character and excellent food, particularly breakfast. If we stay in Prague again we will definitely stay here!! Located at the quiet end of a cul de sac, but right next door to the main thoroughfare into town. Could not fault for anything.

We spent ten days at the hotel and enjoyed each one. Professional and friendly staff from the front desk, servers and housekeeping. Rooms immaculate and well appointed. Great location away from hustle/bustle of Old Town yet an easy walk to sites and green spaces. Delicious food in restaurants/bistro. View of Charles Bridge and on the banks of river.

Knowing this hotel from a previous visit we had no doubts about it being the right choice for our kids and ourselves. We chose a family room which turned out to be even better than anticipated as it was not one big room but two separate rooms, like a small apartment. The view was magnificent again: Charles Bridge. The room... More

We stayed at this hotel for seven nights while on an extended overseas holiday. What a great choice we made. From the very beginning the staff (All of them!) were attentive and helpful. The room was great with a nice view of the river, very comfortable and a great bathroom. Very good shower! The restaurant and cafe on the river... More

We stayed in room 11 with a beautiful view of the river, bridge, and shoreline across the river. It was very private & quiet. Room was neat and clean; bathroom a bit small but I think that's because it is more European in style than we're use to. The location was perfect; just at the base of the bridge but... More

A cute hotel , a few steps from Charles bridge. The rooms are well appointed and clean. Location is excellent for touring Prague, within walking distance of major attractions. The breakfast is a decent spread. The reason why I took a star away is a bit of indifferent service. We arrived a little earlier than check in time, and asked... More

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighborhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighborhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighborhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighborhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
