Had an amazing stay back at Dec 2022: the room was decent sized with a quite large bathroom that was clean and well stocked with great amenities. Room was a bit on older side and there was a creaky board on the floor, but I don't mind it because it was clean. Room also came with a refrigerator and kettle with good selection of coffee & tea. Good option for breakfast with lots of salad and yogurt/fruit/granola (my favorite!) to choose from. Location wise: very close to Florenc metro station and several tram stops, just a few minutes walk. Shout-out to friendly staff at the reception, would definitely recommend this to my friends and family and hopefully we can come back here to stay❤️
We stayed at this hotel for a couple of days, the hotel left a positive impression. Good location, nice smiling staff, clean rooms. For breakfast we had a traditional Christmas salad, it was very tasty :) Prague is very beautiful at Christmas time, thank you ;)
As a travel lover... the location of the hotel comes first for me. This hotel is located near the city center and there are many attractions around. Florenc Bus Station is nearby where you can get to other European cities. My room was cozy and clean. The hotel staff is helpful and friendly.
My aunt stayed at this hotel and commented on the good customer service and cleanliness of the rooms. I advise my friends who go to Prague.Came for five days and were very pleased with this hotel. It is also worth noting the excellent cuisine at reasonable prices.
The location of this hotel is great. It is really easy to commute from here to the old town. The tram stop was just opposite to the hotel and it was located at an area where you get almost everything at walking distance. They provided great breakfast and evening snacks and the behavior was top notch! Loved staying there.
I was really satisfied during my trip in this awesome hotel. the stuff are polite, helpful and friendly. I have got everything what I need. + great location and also good prices. The rooms are clean and cozy with nice design. I hope i will definitely come back at this hotel again !!!
The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I arrived too early and they help me to keep my luggage so that I can visit this beautiful city and have a great lunch. The location is good. Just 6-10 mins to the metro and bus station. The room is big and the bed is comfortable.
Great and cheap off road parking which is rare in this city! Tram stop literally outside and a main metro station a 2 min walk away so getting around on pragues transport was a dream. Vlastimil was a great help to us and very friendly. Pleased with the room for the money. Great experience
The hotel was OK. Clean, things worked. The start wasn't great. I had booked on Booking.com two days before I arrived. It said on booking.com that you have to reserve a free parking place, so I had called the hotel the moment I'd made the booking (it didn't seem possible to do this at the same time as making the booking - you have to make the booking and then, presumably, cancel and try somewhere else if you need a free parking space and there isn't one available...) The person taking the calls assured me that there would be a parking place reserved for me. When I arrived, however, I was told that this had not been done. In fact, a place (in parking slots across the road from the hotel) was available; but after a very long drive, arriving and being told there wasn't a parking space reserved for me was upsetting - at least until it transpired that there was one after all. My room was a cheaper single room - even though it still had a double bed (but with a bedside table on one side only. The floor was very irregular and the ceiling may have sloped slightly - not a problem, and not unusual in old buildings. Except that the floor - a herringbone pattern parquet - seemed to have a hollow under it near the door to the bathroom (perhaps they had put services into the bathroom and not properly repaired the floor), so the wooden parquet bends strangely there... Again, not really a problem, but odd. And the bathroom has no visible extractor fan or trickle vents - the only way to ventilate it appears to be to open the window. I was persistently unable to connect to web sites from my room - or very intermittently, but mostly unable to. When I came down to reception I was able to connect straight away. When I spoke to the receptionist, I was told "you should be able to connect in your room… Have you connected to the 2G or 5G wifi - 5G is better. [5G is not visible in my room, although it is in the reception area.] Maybe there are too many guests". They made no offer to inform their IT support for future guests, or to find any solution. I was thinking of getting some laundry done, but the information says that if you leave laundry with them before 09:00 it will be available to return to you after 20:00 the next day - which may be OK if you are staying long enough, but it didn't work for me. (If I could have dropped off the laundry before 09:00 and had it back after 20:00 the same day, it would have done; but by the time I'd realised what was required, I would have been gone before the clean laundry would be back.) I am lucky enough not to have any difficulty with steps. If you aren't so lucky, Prague is likely to be challenging for you. And the hotel... My room is on the first floor. There is a lift, but you have to climb 5 steps to get to the lift! And, walking from the lift to my room, in one corridor you descend three steps; and at the end of it you go down another step, and then back up a step again. I have no idea if there are wheelchair-accessible routes to the lift or the bedrooms; if this is likely to be a problem for you, do check before booking. The plumbing worked OK - the soap tray looked like it was engineered as a grab or step, but was rusting... And the tap was one of those lever taps where it requires immense care to get the temperature right, without it suddenly going from too hot to too cold... There doesn't appear to be an extractor fan in the bathroom - just a window to open to let the moist air out. I thought about getting some laundry done while I was there; but the turnaround time was too long. Unless the information is badly written. It says that if you hand in laundry before 09:00, you can have it back after 20:00 the next day. So you have to be staying, in effect, at least three nights... Perhaps it meant you could hand laundry in before 09:00 and get it back after 20:00 the same day; but that's NOT what the information sheet says (I've uploaded a photo). All in all, the hotel was OK, apart from the lack of useable wifi; but if I return to Prague I will try to find somewhere better.…
