We were booked into the hotel by an agent and therefore didn’t do much research admittedly The hotel is MILES away from anything in a residential outskirts of town It’s in a valley between two steep, steep hills both of which you have to navigate to get to public transport - not good for anyone with mobility issues at all. The hotel itself is, at best a low rating bed and breakfast, with confusing stairs up to a tiny decrepit lift, that only fits 2 people, then stairs down again to your room?? The room is tiny, hardly enough room to get in, maneuver cases and people, the corridor smells of cigarette smoke, the whole vibe is mid-80’s MDF flowery bedspread, box room dimensions On expressing our disappointment, the receptionist responded with ‘it’s not my problem’ you booked an economy room, essentially, ‘that’s what you get’ kind of attitude. Needless to say we scrambled to book another hotel online, booked a taxi sharpish and took the 45min journey to a better option hotel somewhere remotely near any kind of touristic attraction. AVIOD this place if you can, we were very disappointed.…
I'm in Prague for Just 2.5 days . I made my hotel booking at the very last minute . I found this hotel and I'm happy I did ! Wonderful , clean , quiet room! The breakfast adequate . Petra at the front desk has been amazing ! Friendly , helpful and constantly smiling even after an incredibly long day ! Working in a hotel myself I understand how important staff is ! For me, Petra has made my stay! She is a wonderful asset to the hotel! Thank you!
Perfect for us. Family of 3 staying in Prague for a couple of football matches. Friendly, very helpful staff :) Nice room, lovely peaceful area. Close to tram stops, local shops etc. Incredibly easy to get in and out of town. Couldn’t be better. We will be back.
It was nice to stay there for 4 nights. We had the basic conditions what an average tourist needs: double bed for a couple; nice breakfast, good localisation, nonstop reception. Cons: very small bathroom, sometimes we couldn't have the hot water, old doors.
My friend and I stayed there for 1 night. It was excellent price including breakfast and that’s the reason we decided to stay there. Staff at the reception are friendly but in the breakfast room not so. The hotel is clean and bed is comfy. Got woken up early morning 7am by the noisy building site next to the hotel (not hotels fault obviously but affected my sleep). Breakfast was lovely. Not a huge selection but for the size and rating of the hotel completely adequate. Easy check in and check out. Would stay there again if back in Prague but not for a longer stay.
