2 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 days ago NEW

I spent 5 days at this hotel and I didn't like it at all. Can't mention any good thing. 1. The room smelled bad and was very dirty, smell of old furniture. 2. Very bad breakfast. Everything were cold and they only had sausages and cheese. 3. The restaurant staff were rude 4. They changed the towels one time in... More

For a budget travel this is one of the best you can get - central location - close to the.river, close to metro/tram stations, close to Old Town Square and New Town. Also, clean rooms, clean sheets, clean toilet and shower, nice breakfast every morning, helpful if not overly friendly staff (it is the Czech way). Very very good experience... More

Toilet and other services was cleaned and efficient, beds and other stuff was fully working and periodically remaked. it's also possible to come back in hotel in late night or morning, personal ever polite with everyone. The quality of place was awesome based on price, that was really low! I advice this place to everyone!

Me and my friend were inter railing through Europe and stopped at Korona Hotel (3 stars) during our Prauge visit. We were welcomed by a receptionist who seemed to be high, or very VERY tired. She told us to wait for our room 2h after check-in, although the check-out was 3 hours ago. We told her could wait like half... More

Pair of shorts containing foreign currency disappeared from the room, the reception claimedthe cleaners hadn't found anything and of course knew nothing about it. Real shame, this hotel is in a nice location, but like so many places in Prague it is let down by useless and dishonest staff.

Koruna is well situated in walking distance to the old town and the river. The hotel is very simple and has the most import necessities. The room was simple, clean and no noise from other guests. Breakfast is included.

Room and bathroom were very basic. The worst thing was that breakfast was served in the hotel's open bar venue, where people drink and smoke in the evenings, so it was smelly. The tea and coffee pots were placed on the high bar – not too safe for shorter people. It was cheap and in good location (15 minutes to... More

We chose the hotel because it was reasonably priced and the location looked to be good. The location is great. It is a short walk to the river and bridges or metro/tram stops meaning the whole of Prague is easily accessible. There are plenty of restaurants in the local vicinity too if you don't want to travel too far for... More

As said in title. Rooms-poor. Beds are not so comforrable. Breakfast all days the same but pretty nice. Place is very good easy to get to the city center and another tourists places. Albert market not so far bars and restaurants also. So if you need good location and just place to sleep then why not:)

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
