Located in the oldest part of the historical city centre, just steps from the monumental Charles Bridge, in the vicinity of the picturesque Old Town Square, in a cobblestone lane free of traffic. The building is a part of medieval monastery complex, still inhabited by the Grey Sisters of Mercy, with the church of St. Bartholomew diligently renovated owing to the funds granted by H.R.H., the Prince of Wales. You will be embraced by historical sights, tourist attractions, museums, theatres, restaurants and cafes of the Old Town of Prague. Our hotel standards are guaranteed by the Czech Hotel Federation. Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.

Lovely hotel near Charles Bridge and in easy walking distance to most places. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is good porridge cereals fruit breads eggs boiled sausages and beans also fruit juices and yogurt. Plenty to start your day. Staff also very nice and very helpful with directions maps etc. Free tea and coffee in the lounge all day but not allowed in your room. Nice touch however. Also receive two free bottles of beer and a bottle of water in your fridge on arrival. I would recommend if coming from airport to get the 119 bus to the Metro station and then five stops on the metro. 17 minutes on bus ,10 minutes on metro and then 10 minute wLk to hotel one ticket does both for metro and bus costs 32CK about £1. Some were getting a taxi and spending £30 each way.

Good value for money hotel!! I would stay again without hesitation. Friendly staff, rooms reasonably sized, very clean. Free water and beer on arrival in mini bar. Excellent choice of buffet breakfast. The hotel is centrally located in the old town, a few minutes walk from the Charles Bridge, the old town square and surrounded by more restaurants than you can poke a stick at.

Great 3.5* superior hotel in Stare Mestro. We ended up with a suite A2 which was fabulous really clean rooms, breakfast great lots of choice from toast, pastries, cereal, meats, eggs you boil yourself. Free beers and water on first night was a nice gesture. Reception staff really helpful and informative.

Cloisters Inn is tucked in a side street, away from the main square but within easy walking distance (once you get your bearings!). Nice welcome and easy check in (the issues were the fault of the travel agent booking not the hotel) and we were able to leave our luggage as we had arrived early. We had asked for a double room but received a twin room with the beds pushed together and a third bed in a kind of separate room. The rooms were basic but had what we needed and a great shower! Breakfast was continental, not a great show but adequate. Downsides. The hairdryer worked fine on the first day, worked for about 2 minutes then cut out on the 2nd day and worked for about 30 seconds on the 3rd day before cutting out. It was reported to reception. The little fridge has complimentary water (a large plastic bottle) and two beers. However, the water wasn't replaced, even when we asked. We were told we had to go out and buy some to put into the fridge. I would have thought a 3 night stay would have warranted two bottles of water? Minor downsides though, for the price paid the hotel was ok.
