Booked this following great reviews - it is the cleanest hotel I have EVER stayed in. The staff are friendly and helpful and the beds are comfortable and warm. Breakfast was lovely - lots of choice. Great location right near the Old Town and Charles Bridge. Oh and two free beers and a bottle of water in the mini fridge...

We booked this as part of a BA city break, although we had the choice of which hotel we stayed in. The hotel is situated in a quiet street, but only 5 minutes walk from Charles Bridge and maybe just over that to Old Town Square. Reception were very friendly and helpful at book in and throughout our three night...

We stayed at the hotel for a 4 night break and were pleasantly surprised by how central the hotel was - it is within a 5 minute walk to the Old Town Hall and Charles Bridge. The hotel was clean and comfortable with a large room and en suite; my only negative comment would be the lack of tea making...

Lovely hotel. Very clean. Spacious rooms. Basic breakfast but well presented and plenty of choice. In close proximity to the centre of Prague. Free coffee and hot chocolate in the reception area. Definitely recommend this hotel. Recommend sad man's tongue bistro and bar across from this hotel very quirky and does great burgers.

I stayed here for 3 nights at the start of March 2017. It is in a great location. Within walking distance of everything you want to see and do in Prague. It was clean, tidy, lovely decor and well finished. Best value for money hotel in Old Town Prague available. The breakfast wasn't too bad but could have had more...

The hotel is located close to the centre, 5 min walk from the famous bridge. Serves a sufficient breakfast. Rooms are spacious. Double bed was a struggle though - had wooden sides, 2 separate matresses and a board INBETWEEN, making it feel like 2 single beds pushed together with a barrier in the middle, worst bed ever. Staff could be...

Location is excellent. Breakfast is good & versatile (e.g. bread, fruits, muesli, meat, boiled eggs). Rooms are tidy, good shower and bathroom. Beds and pillows are cozy. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We didn't find a place for a plug in the bathroom. Not very many mirrors in the room either.

Any one of the Tomas' will be happy to answer your questions about Prague or set up a tour. The free coffee, tea, hot chocolate machine in the lobby was a welcomed respite after walking all day. We probably drank the price of the room in coffee! Haha. Room was adequate size and clean. The beds were hard, but we...

We have stayed in Prague many times and our most recent stay at the Cloister Inn was very good. The hotel is close to the Old Town so most of the sights are walkable. However for 310czk you can have limitless rides on the trams and metro for 3 days. The staff here are all extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast...

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
