Located in the oldest part of the historical city centre, just steps from the monumental Charles Bridge, in the vicinity of the picturesque Old Town Square, in a cobblestone lane free of traffic. The building is a part of medieval monastery complex, still inhabited by the Grey Sisters of Mercy, with the church of St. Bartholomew diligently renovated owing to the funds granted by H.R.H., the Prince of Wales. You will be embraced by historical sights, tourist attractions, museums, theatres, restaurants and cafes of the Old Town of Prague. Our hotel standards are guaranteed by the Czech Hotel Federation. Lovely 4 night break in beautiful Prague. Hotel was clean, clean towels and beds made daily. All the staff very helpful and pleasant, gave us a local map and explained where the sites were. Located in a quiet street but all the attractions are within walking distance. Breakfast was plentiful, cereals, toast, yogurt, fruit, eggs, juice etc set us up for the day. Would definitely return to Cloister Inn and wonderful Prague.

Fantastic location for the Old town and Charles bridge. Staff friendly, rooms spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet. nice lounge to enjoy a hot drink before going to room. They also store luggage if you arrive early so you can make the most of your day

Hotel is within walking distance of many Prague's attractions. Rooms were relaxing and quiet. Iryna, customer service rep, was extremely helpful and kind. Lobby has a complimentary expresso, cappuccino, lungo, hot chocolate machine was an added bonus.

It's a simple, but comfortable and friendly, hotel in a quiet street just a few minutes' walk from the heart of the Old Town. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a fine start to the day. The reception staff were polite and helpful. There are lots of good bars and restaurants nearby.

We stayed at the Closters Inn over the Christmas holidays. The hotel offers the perfect location for all the main tourist places in Prague and is a gentle 10 minute walk from Charles Bridge, The Old Town Square, Wenceslas Square, and around 15 minutes from Prague Castle and the Lesser town. The hotel and rooms are simply decorated but clean and comfortable. Staff are very good, offering great customer service. The breakfast is a mix of meats, cheeses, hams, hot food, cakes, fruit or cereal. The choice is plentiful and fresh. We had a problem with our safe and the staff resolved it straight away. They also helped us book tours, restaurants, and provided maps and information to assist our stay. They could not have been more helpful and were multi lingual which helped when I tried to speak a few Czech words. I would recommend this hotel as a good budget hotel in a good location. It is worth reading the history booklet on hat tells of the interesting journey of this building over time.

Stayed here for three nights after being transported from the airport. Arrived at around midnight and was welcomed by a polite, helpful receptionist. Our room was on the fourth floor which fortunately also had the breakfast room, so not far to go first thing in the morning. Breakfast was a standard continental with the usual meats, cheeses and bread. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout and in good general decor. The only downside was not tea/coffee making facility in the room but complimentry tea, coffee, hot chocolate was available in the reception area. Location was great, being a ten minute walk from the old town square and Charles bridge. Plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance and the hotel receptionist gave us a voucher for a free drink with a main meal at a local restaurant two minute away (Restaurant Stoleti) which was great. Price for this place was reasonale and overall, I would recommend this hotel when staying in Prague.

Just got back from 5 days in Prague and stayed at this hotel. I went with my mum and daughter. The room was on the 3rd floor and it was very big. We had a double bed which was in another room and in the other room was a single bed, wardrobe, coat stand and desk. Safe in the wardrobe. It’s just a shame that there wasn’t a door on the bedroom. There was a very small tv which had limited channels which didn’t matter as we were hardly in the room long enough to watch anything. The bathroom was very big with a shower that was powerful and very hot. There is a small fridge in the room shame there’s no kettle but in reception there is tea and coffee 24/7 The room temperature was perfect . We had breakfast , its Continental, there was cereal and even one morning lovely porridge. There was fresh fruit too. The ladies worked hard in here and it was very clean and light. The hotel is in a very perfect places and close to everything. I love to run and it was perfect 3 mins and you were at the river. Would like to say a big thank you to the Asian lady on reception sorry didn’t get her name, she was so lovely and helpful giving us information, nothing was too much even when we got locked out of our safe. The other reception on the other hand was quite rude.

Booked this hotel through Jet 2 for 3 nights. The location was perfect. Quiet, just off the main road along the river and just round the corner from Charles Bridge and the Old Town. Nowhere too far to walk. Hotel was immaculately clean, staff very nice and helpful. We had Bed and Breakfast. Food was typically European but ample. Room was on 5th floor and there was a lift. Bed comfy, shower hot, spacious rooms, hangers in wardrobe, plenty of electric sockets, coat stand, desk, sofa, air conditioning, TV (didn't use it), free to use safe. The only thing missing was tea making facilities but you could have coffee or tea down in the lounge by reception. Highly recommended 🙂
