Located in the oldest part of the historical city centre, just steps from the monumental Charles Bridge, in the vicinity of the picturesque Old Town Square, in a cobblestone lane free of traffic. The building is a part of medieval monastery complex, still inhabited by the Grey Sisters of Mercy, with the church of St. Bartholomew diligently renovated owing to the funds granted by H.R.H., the Prince of Wales. You will be embraced by historical sights, tourist attractions, museums, theatres, restaurants and cafes of the Old Town of Prague. Our hotel standards are guaranteed by the Czech Hotel Federation. Stay early October 2020, This hotel is spotlessly clean and enforces covid hygiene. My stay was bed and breakfast as the hotel does not provide food at any other times, whilst the breakfast was basic it was more than adequate. The rooms are cleaned each day again The rooms are spotlessly clean an well maintained. Would strongly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Prague and is only a few hundred metres from old town Square.

We were warmly welcomed by the night staff, and in view of the road works at the time of our stay, they immediately accepted to change our rooms to the back of the hotel: no view, but quiet. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The manager always had a smile and a Good Morning (or evening) whenever he passed. The breakfast was a large all-you-can-eat buffet with something for everyone: fruit, yogurt, cereal, cold cuts, cheese, eggs, breads ... and of course, coffee, from one of these new-fangled, self service coffee machines that grinds the beans on demand. There was also the same 24-hour available coffee machine in the lobby. Prague was so enchanting and the hotel so wonderful, we didn't want to leave and so instead of spending only 2 days on our France-Germany-Czecky-Austria road trip, we stayed another day and then another. Definitely the hotel to choose our next time in Prague.

Brilliant hotel for location, staff friendliness and cleanliness. The front desk will give you lots of information, maps and you can ask them anything and they will help you with whatever you need. The rooms are spacious and the large beds are so incredibly comfortable. Every room has it's own air conditioning which is fantastic when warm. The rooms are cleaned every day and fresh towels every day. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lovely hotel near Charles Bridge and in easy walking distance to most places. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is good porridge cereals fruit breads eggs boiled sausages and beans also fruit juices and yogurt. Plenty to start your day. Staff also very nice and very helpful with directions maps etc. Free tea and coffee in the lounge all day but not allowed in your room. Nice touch however. Also receive two free bottles of beer and a bottle of water in your fridge on arrival. I would recommend if coming from airport to get the 119 bus to the Metro station and then five stops on the metro. 17 minutes on bus ,10 minutes on metro and then 10 minute wLk to hotel one ticket does both for metro and bus costs 32CK about £1. Some were getting a taxi and spending £30 each way.
