The hotel is ideally located minutes from all the major sites. The bedroom was spacious with all the facilities that are needed and spotlessly clean. Check in and check out were simple and efficient. We stayed on the fourth floor where the breakfast room was located. Breakfast was a simple affair but you could get something to suit. We have... More

The rooms were clean. Nice bathroom, comfortable beds. The staff was really kind and helpful when we needed help to warm our daughters (she's 1) food and we had everything we needed. The breakfast was ok. The Cloister Inn Hotel is located near by the shopping street and a lot of nice restaurants, but the street it self is calm... More

We have been very happy with the Location, Service and lovely staff at The Cloister Inn. The hotel is spotless and the staff aim to please. They are happy to offer recommendations for dinner, assistance with directions and are always polite and lovely to deal with. When we requested extra pillows they were delivered within 5 minutes. The breakfast is... More

Breakfast is not very complete, too much soft cushions, but all the rest was very good! They gave us a triple room instead of the double reserved, very good location, despite of all, Highly Reccommended

We've just come back from a four night stay and I was really pleased with our choice. Most importantly it was clean and everything was in working order! The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are in good condition with hot water whenever we showered. The bottle of water and beers in the fridge are a nice touch! Air conditioning... More

We were planning to stay here during our time in Prague, however the booking company we used (hoteling.com) declared bankruptcy before our visit, thus cancelling our reservation. We were not made aware of this and we tried to check in, the hotel told us that they were completely booked. however, Libor was so helpful in calling around to find us... More

We were very satisfied with this hotel. The location is excellent; it is almost in the centre of the city - just a few minutes' walk from all major sight seeing attractions in Prague. Breakfast choice was also good.

Located approx. 10 minutes walking from all the main points of attraction, this hotel is perfect for tourists. Parking is available in a small backyard; it is probably a good idea to reserve a spot though, as there aren’t many spaces available. The receptionist was not very friendly but he was efficient and gave us the most information about the... More

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
